First - THANK YOU SO MUCH for all your help in planning our vacation. We absolutely could not have done it without you!! I got a lot of accolades for getting the trip together, and I was always quick to tell them it was all you!!
The boys LOVED the pool at the hotel as well as the Jurassic playground. I could not have predicted how much they wanted to go back to those 2 things, especially with all the other things to do. We were all also very impressed by the light show at Hogwarts.

We had the most amazing time! Thank you for helping us. I was really blown away by Disney World on this trip. We had such a great time there. I wish we had spent 2 days in the Magic Kingdom as well as a day at Epcot. We really loved our time at Universal but it was unusually crowded (due to events) for January. They had some sort of soccer event the weekend we arrived and a Christian rock festival the weekend we left. I have been recommending you to everyone that will listen to me and I will continue to do so. We have decided that when we go back we would like a 4 or five day trip and we definitely prefer the parks during the weekdays. We really appreciate you help us with such a magical vacation. We look forward to working with you on our next adventure!

This is our second chance to work with April and I’m so happy we did! She’s always so knowledgeable about the process and the parks, and how to best accommodate for what we were looking for. “Dad, this was the best trip I have ever been on!” That came from my 48-year-old son who now lives in Ecuador with his wife and son…our grandson. That pretty much says it all. Our 7 year grandson had his mind blown. From start to finish every day was awesome, fun, flawless. We started on a 4-day Disney cruise and then finished with a 5 day stay and Disney World. Our other son joined us for the second part of the trip.

I cannot say enough good things about Shelby, our VIP guide. The children adored her and clustered around her like baby birds as she answered their non-stop questions with great elan.
Everyone had a glorious time and I wanted to make sure I gave you my thanks for your part in making this wonderful vacation possible. While the VIP tour was pricey, it's the way to go if one can afford it. No two hour Tron waits for us! We could not do this and have these incredible moments without the help of April Wells. April has been our TA since the fall of 2022 and I cannot imagine doing a Disney trip without her. She has snagged nearly impossible dining reservations, has made us aware of important Disney news and updates that we might have missed, helped made sure that our resort room is always accessible and in the right spot in the resort to make getting around easier for me, has helped us decide what parties or events are worth it for us, and SO much more. She even handles processing our payments for us and doing all the communications with Disney directly which keeps me off of 2-4hr holds (not exaggerating either!). And she does all of this at zero expense to her clients.
If nothing else, April makes planning Disney trips-which can be INCREDIBLY stressful if you aren’t

Our cruise was great! We all had an awesome, fun time. We are so grateful for the advice and attention you gave to planning our vacation cruise; without your expertise so many things could have gone wrong or excursions we could have missed out on. Your guidance and attention to detail was invaluable.
The rooms had plenty of space (I know how hard you worked to keep our rooms together) and the balconies had dividers that the cabin steward opened up into one long balcony; we enjoyed using the balcony as a way to go from room to room (our back door, LOL)
We tell everyone how helpful you were as our travel agent and recommend you with confidence. I wish we had had you as our travel agent when we planned our Disney vacation a couple of years ago; we wouldn't have made the bloopers that we encountered.

Planning our family trip to Disney was something I looked forward to since becoming a mom. I had never been to Disney myself and couldn’t wait to experience it with my husband and our 2 boys (5&7yo). Not only is she super friendly but she is very knowledgeable in everything Disney. Once I told her what I wanted out of our trip she was able to recommend hotel and which days to go to each park. She helped us pick what we thought was the perfect time of year to go and kept me up to date with any new events/info. Everything worked out perfectly and we had the absolute best time at Disney. My family made such magical memories without the stress of planning the trip. I have already recommended her to others who have expressed interest in a Disney trip.

I worked with April Wells, and she is fantastic! She assisted me through the entire vacation experience: research, booking, travel, vacation week, and even during our travel home! I felt fully prepared for our vacation before I even left home. I knew all the resort and park amenities, perks, and experiences. Where to go when I arrived, where to get my tickets, how to get the parks etc. When we were flying home, our flight was canceled, and April helped book additional nights at the resort while I dealt with the airline. This was a huge help, especially since it was late at night and I was traveling with a child.

Best Disney cruise this far

I’m very thankful for April being a kind, courteous, and most importantly, a patient person. Unfortunately, I missed my initial cruise because I missed my flight to Orlando, due to bad weather on the east coast. Not only did April get me on a Disney cruise the following month, but she was also able to upgrade my room/cabin. I appreciate her services because she’s willing to go above and beyond for her client. Hands down, I’d refer April to anyone who’s planning on taking a vacation and is considering using a travel agent.

Hi, April! We had the best time we could considering the circumstances. The only issue we had was that Genie Plus was a little tricky to figure out at first (we couldn't figure out how to make reservations for rides without the app needing to suggest it to us). Luckily a CM saw us struggling and helped! The room was awesome, the parks were beautiful, and everything went very smoothly. You were very helpful and got us such a great deal. We would be happy to book with you again!
