We have been to Walt Disney World in Florida several times since we are Disney Vacation Club members. This last trip we planned to combine a WDW park and Disney cruise with our granddaughter without staying at our DVC home resort. We contacted The Vacationeer and Alexx Klingshirn helped us plan our trip. Although we had to make our own flight arrangements, Alexx handled everything else for us, which included all transportation arrangements, Disney hotel, and the bus to and from WDW to the Port. Alexx also helped us make last minute arrangements for an additional day when the airlines changed our return flight home. Alexx was very responsive to any emails we sent her and she helped clarify any questions we had about arrangements. In addition, she sent emails to remind us when we were in the booking windows to reserve dining at WDW and excursions on the cruise ship. Disney never disappoints and even though it costs a small fortune to go I manage to leave never feeling ripped off which is really sort of shocking given Disney’s price point and long lines. . You helped us immensely with the planning and made everything easy. I also like the reminders leading up the final days of what to ensure you have taken care of prior to arrival, when lightning lanes open up, what to expect on arrival. Even though we have done Disney before it’s nice to have the reminders. I don’t believe in going to Disney without the support of a Disney expert so will definitely work with you again when we plan out next trip to Disney. Every time I travel I learn a lesson or two on what I would do differently the next time: that is all just part of the travel experience. We will also work with you again on other vacation needs as we want to potentially do a cruise and other family travel.

The hotel was great - we were able to get connecting rooms. The proximity to the Parks was easily walkable. The staff was friendly.
The Lightening Lane aspect of our ticket package allowed us to ride so many more rides (some multiple times) than we expected despite the large Spring Break crowds that were in attendance. We would definitely get that again!
We enjoyed the dinner reservation you made for us at Great Maple was perfect - there were 10 of us for dinner including 3 children and the place was perfect for our families gathering - it was so nice to meet up with close friends that live in the area. We also ate at Blue Bayou in Disneyland and Wine Country Trattoria in California Adventure. It was nice to sit for a meal and plan the rest of the day.

First Family cruise

We had such a magical time on the Wish cruise. My 4 year old daughter had the most fun of course! My husband saw how happy she was we put a deposit down for the next cruise already. The food was Michelin level and service was beyond amazing! We love the personal touch of having the same servers every night. They are super nice and helpful. Our server Zacky even performed magic tricks for the kids. My daughter and I even dressed up as Snow White and took photos on the ship. My only take away was my dad was in a wheelchair. We had a hard time wheeling him to his stateroom when we first boarded because peoples luggage was out in the hall way blocking the path. So I had to try my best to move them out of the way and of course I didn’t want to damage peoples luggage’s either so it was quiet the workout. Anyways at the end of the trip it was truly a 5 star out of 5!

We had such a magical time on the Wish cruise. My 4 year old daughter had the most fun of course! My husband saw how happy she was we put a deposit down for the next cruise already. The food was Michelin level and service was beyond amazing! We love the personal touch of having the same servers every night. They are super nice and helpful. Our server Zacky even performed magic tricks for the kids. My daughter and I even dressed up as Snow White and took photos on the ship. My only take away was my dad was in a wheelchair. We had a hard time wheeling him to his stateroom when we first boarded because peoples luggage was out in the hall way blocking the path. So I had to try my best to move them out of the way and of course I didn’t want to damage peoples luggage’s either so it was quiet the workout.
Anyways at the end of the trip it was truly a 5 star out of 5!
