Mazatlan Cruising Expert

Thank you once again for the help you gave us in planning our first cruise. We had a wonderful time! Everything went smoothly from parking and embarkation, to settling into our perfect cabin and enjoying the shows, our excursions, the food and drinks! We had a great time, and look forward to taking another cruise in a year or two!

Just want to send out a huge thank you to Vicki Sullivan at the Vactioneer! We had a perfect celebration of our 30th anniversary at the Polynesian and Vicki made it happen!

We Thought We Knew Disney—Then We Met Vicki Sullivan! For years, I booked our Disney vacations directly and assumed that was the best way to do it. Then we met Vicki Sullivan, and she completely changed the way we travel. All I had to do was ask, and Vicki made it happen. Even more impressive, she anticipated our needs before we knew what to ask. That is where her knowledge, attention to detail, and years of experience truly shine. What began with one Disney vacation has grown into Vicki handling everything we have planned over the next nine months: a Disney cruise, a trip to Disneyland in Anaheim, and our upcoming 35th-anniversary trip to Paris—including several days at Disneyland Paris. I went from spending countless hours planning, researching, and worrying about every detail to knowing that Vicki has everything covered. Choosing professional travel planning was one of the best decisions we have made, and I will never go back to doing it all myself. We will probably add two more trips to round out 2027, and there is no question who will be planning them. Vicki Sullivan is now our trusted travel professional, and we could not be more pleased. I also want to thank the vloggers at The Vacationeer. Because they are constantly in the parks, their firsthand knowledge and time-saving tips have helped us make the most of every Disney experience. If you are planning a Disney vacation—or any special trip—do yourself a favor and contact Vicki. Her expertise, responsiveness, and ability to anticipate every detail will completely transform the way you travel. We thought we knew Disney, but Vicki showed us how much better a Disney vacation could be!

We arrived with no issues to our vacation. She was very helpful on the start of planning

For 50 years I’ve loved researching and booking our travel. Back in January was the 1st time I’ve ever used a TA. Vicki is great! We’ve booked two more trips already through her and enthusiastically recommend her.

Vicki Sullivan was so helpful in planning our cruise to the Hawaiin islands from start to finish. She was quick to respond to my messages even while we were on vacation! I highly recommend her for your next vacation!

Vicki Sullivan was fabulous to work with in booking our Disney cruise. She was also quick to help when one member of our group cancelled at the last minute. We also loved the $450 stateroom credit from working with this agency. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing vacation on our Norwegian Cruise Line trip to Bermuda, and I can't thank Vicki enough for making the entire process so easy and stress-free. From the moment we booked until the day we returned home, Vicki took care of every detail. She answered all of our questions, made sure everything was organized, and kept us informed every step of the way. All we had to do was show up, relax, and enjoy our vacation. Our whole family had an incredible time. The cruise was fantastic, Bermuda was beautiful, and everything went exactly as planned. Knowing Vicki had everything handled gave us complete peace of mind, allowing us to focus on making great memories together. If you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, responsive, and truly cares about making your vacation a great experience, I highly recommend Vicki. We will definitely be using her again for our future trips!

Vicky was excellent to work with. Always responded and helped very quickly with any questions we had or help with anything. Will definitely use Vicky again.

We have used Vicki now for a third time planning a Disney adventure. She is always so quick to respond and answer any questions I throw at her! She has the most helpful insight and we are forever thankful for her tips and tricks to make our vacations so smooth!

We have booked 3 cruises now with Vicki and she's been so helpful with everything including before and after excursions, hotels, and transportation. I handled all of my three previous cruises, but decided to get a TA for our med cruise. I'm so thankful I did, especially since I don't always have the time to spend researching things! She is always quick to respond and communicates proactively.

We just returned from HELIO'S HOTEL and EPIC UNIVERSE. I worked with Vicki Sullivan. She was wonderful. She took all the work out of the planning for me, kept me well informed of everything and even got me a better ticket deal with a nice refund. I will be using her for all my travel plans. I can't say thank you enough. Tammy Robinson Moore, Oklahoma

We have been lucky to have her support on 2 trips so far from staying at Aulani in Hawaii to trying the new Disney Adventure on a back to back cruise. Always responds quickly to any questions and shares useful tips and suggestions. She is now helping plan and book our ultimate holiday to Disney World a Universal. Thank you Vicki

Vicki is the absolute best! She knows exactly what needs to be done when it needs to be done! She knows everything there is to know about Royal Caribbean and made cruising so much easier! She made this vacation spectacular!

Vicki is the best. She was incredibly thoughtful, organized, and made sure our trip was planned with so much care. We’re so grateful for all of her help and highly recommend working with her.

Vicki booked and planned a bachelorette trip for my friend and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. She booked our shows, reserved our dining, helped us understand the layout of the ship, gave us activities to attend and gave us the most memorable weekend ever!

Vicki was amazing. She made the trip so easy and such a wonderful and positive experience. She’s so knowledgeable and professional. She’s helpful. She’s kind and understanding and helped us with all our needs!! I highly recommend her!!!

Vicki goes above and beyond in her role and is hands down the best travel agent I’ve dealt with. She is very responsive to emails (and considering the time difference as I’m in Australia, it’s very impressive!) and is very knowledgeable

We had an amazing trip to Disneyland and Vicki was instrumental in making this happen. She gave me guidance from the moment we decided to do this trip up until we were actually on site. She helped me make decisions that created an incredible, well timed adventure, and it went off without a hitch. Vicki made our reservations for us and gave me so much information along the way. We had multiple phone conversations where she answered every question on my list and she always had time for me. I would absolutely work with Vicki again and she created the most amazing, memorable experience for my family. I had happy tears throughout it

Very thorough and extremely quick to respond You will not go wrong with Vicki as your agarnt

From the first 30 min call to every question after, Vicki set us up for success as Disney cruise first timers. I spoke with 4 other agents that didn't want much to do with me until I was paid and confirmed, Vicki was truly committed to making sure I had all the information and was comfortable to book. I am now booking another cruise with her and will do Disney again :) Thank you so much for helping our family have the best time we could.

I am so glad that I reached out to a Disney travel agent. I feared the experience would be something else but it was a delight as well as helpful and ended up saving money too! The trifecta! Thanks Vicki for looking out for me and my families vacation. It will be even better because we worked together. Thanks for doing the back and forth with some of the snags we ran into it was hard to take care of everything on my own. Cheers!

Vicki helped us plan an incredible vacation for 3 families, a total of 14 people, to the Beaches resort in Jamaica Negril. Every single accommodation we asked for was Fairfield from celebrating a birthday and having decorations and cake when that child entered their room, to adjoining rooms. Vicki made navigating this trip very easy. I will absolutely be using Vicki again to book another family vacation.

I spoke with 5 advisors and Vicki was LEAPS above the rest. Nothing was too much and she was so helpful for a first time Disney cruise family. Will use her again FOR SURE!!!!

Vicki has been so helpful for our cruises and always answers our questions immediately. Highly recommend her!

We travelled on the Wonder from Sydney to Hobart return (4nights). We had rough seas leaving Sydney that had us feeling a bit squiffy. We had an absolute blast though and managed to do meet and greets, Royal Gathering, wine tasting, Bippity Boppity Boutique for my 5year old son, and even won a medal! We opted for the Palo brunch which was spectacular. It was great booking with Vicki as we got reminders before and after the trip for important bits of info. Loved our trip.

Vicki went above and beyond with my last minute booking on the Disney Wonder. Everything was handled professionally and promptly. Her attention to detail and her knowledge is exceptional and made the process stress free. I will always use Vicki for future holidays. And what a bonus the Onboard Credit is!!!

We LOVE the Boardwalk. Thank you for helping us make magical memories for our kiddos again.

Thank you for being a great travel planner, I can’t wait to work with you on my next trip.

Our family had such an amazing first trip to Disneyland and couldn’t have done it without Vicki’s help during the planning process. I connected with Vicki in April for our trip in November and she was so helpful each step of the way. She provided recommendations, helped make dining reservations and sent tips via email leading up to our trip. She was so quick to respond to any question that I had which I’m so thankful for. We are forever grateful for Vicki and highly recommend her to anyone looking to book a Disney trip!

Thanks Vicki for helping us book our first disney cruise! Super helpful and responsive! We will definitely be booking all of our future cruises with you.

A week ago, we were wandering the streets of Epic Universe and having a grand time-- thanks to you. Now, the great memories linger on and will for a long time to come. Thanks for your all your help and guidance -- plus your patience in helping us turn around the trip at almost the last minute. Stella Nova was a wonderful hotel with very good prices on food and a comfortable room. Dark Universe was a perfect kickoff to this year's Halloween season! The restaurants that you recommended -- especially Mythos and the Atlantic -- were terrific! Once again, It's been a great pleasure to work with you and I look forward to planning a future trip w/. your guidance.

I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for your incredible support and coordination during our Disney experience. Your meticulous attention to detail, unwavering professionalism, and thorough preparation made our trip flow seamlessly and truly enhanced the magic of our visit. We are deeply thankful for the dedication and effort you invested in making everything perfect—it truly made a difference! Thank you once again for crafting a Disney experience that was not only special but unforgettable. We definitely could not have made all of the reservations without you! Securing the VIP was incredible and definitely made our experience perfect and the best celebration of my mother's 75th birthday! I will definitely be recommending you to our family and friends for any future Disney experiences! Thank you again for coordinating the trip!

We had an amazing trip to Universal Studios planned by Vicki the Vacationeer (Vicki Sullivan). There were 15 of us from three different families and she made the experience seamless and worry-free. Vicki was quick to respond to any questions I had leading up to the trip, and there was no need to reach out to her once we arrived because everything was exactly as we had requested. I cannot imagine the time and energy I would have expended trying to do all of this myself, so I am thankful for Vicki's expertise!

Thank you so much for helping us plan our family vacation, and for all the information you provide to helps us navigate our stay, we would not have been able to do it without you, you were absolutely amazing.

I so appreciate you and the level of customer service you provide! Thank you, Vicki.

Thank you for finding us this wonderful resort.

Vicki thank you for all of your help with helping this Disney Dream come true for our Family. I certainly will be referring our family and friends to you in the future.

She goes above and beyond to help you plan your vacation!!! She cares and has such a warm and bubbly personality!!! There is no one else I would choose to help me plan my vacation!! Vicki is the best!!

She got all of the resturants that we wanted, and all of the discounts that came up she would use. We couldn't be more happier with her service. The trip was so smooth thanks to her

I have been working with Vicki for a few years now and she makes it so easy! Any question I have it’s always answered timely. I would 100000% recommend Vicki when booking your next trip.

A thank you and shout out to Vicki Sullivan our Disney Vacationeer travel agent for all you did to make our family vacation so perfectectly perfect in ever way

Vicki was great from start to finish! Best customer service and attention to detail that I have ever experienced. She is my go to person from now on!

There was no stone unturned. I get completely prepared. So happy to have Vicki help us plan such a wonderful trip!

Vicki Sullivan is by far the BEST travel agent we have ever used. She was so responsive to each and every email, really exceptional customer service. Highly recommended!!

Vicki was my vacationer and she was the best! She made the whole process easy for me to just show up to my Disneyland vacation! I would highly recommend coming to this company especially Vicki! Thank you!

I live in Los Angeles and this was to be my first trip to Disneyland with my 5-year old son along with my extended family who flew in from Canada. Altogether, we were five travelers. It was a daunting task for me because I'm the type of person that likes things to run smoothly. I figure, if I'm going to be planning a memorable vacation, I ought to do it right! I got in contact with Vicki from The Vacationeer and she is MAGICAL!!! I didn't know such a service for planning Disney adventures existed! From the start, Vicki was super-responsive — answering not only my logistical questions, but also answering my niece's questions about Disney park and how things work. We booked a magical vacation with Vicki and decided to go big and stay at the Grand Hotel and opted for the Club level with access to the Veranda. Vicki totally understood my needs as a mom traveling with a young child. The Club level gave us 5-star service and the best part was being able to take as many breaks as needed in the Veranda — which was a family lounge/ dining area with complimentary drinks, water, and delicious bite-sized, catering-style sandwiches, desserts, pastries, fresh fruits and veggies — from morning until night! We watched the fireworks our first night from the Veranda and it totally beats the crowd in the park. It's thanks to Vicki that I took her bit of advice and went with the right hotel! Vicki was highly responsive to every single email and phone call. She answered back in lightning speed and was always so courteous and helpful in all of our interactions. She really knows her stuff, from the hotels, to the technical things like the Genie+ pass, and the Disney app. I cannot recommend Vicki enough! She is a treasure! I was so impressed with the whole Disney vacation experience that I'm considering planning a Disney cruise for my family in the next 1-2 years, and I look forward to working with Vicki again. I will be recommending her to all my colleagues and friends. THANK YOU VICKI!

Vicki has been excellent to work with for our first trips as a family to both Disneyland and Disney World. Great tips, got the dining reservations we wanted, and very responsive. Love the stroller rental recommendation too!

Vicki Sullivan helped us plan our trip to Disneyland - our first ever time there and our kids' first Disney experience, period. I can't recommend her enough. She was super helpful and gave great suggestions. She even told us we could text her from the park if we had any questions or issues. I only did once and it wasn't really an issue, just a question, and sure enough she responded to me within minutes. She was very communicative and helpful and I'll definitely use her again on our next Disney trip, which is hopefully sooner than later!

Not only did she answer my numerous emails and questions via telephone extremely promptly and thoroughly, she did it with a smile and with a ton of enthusiasm and excitement. It's apparent from the second you talk with Vicki that she loves what she does and furthermore gets enjoyment through providing top notch service to her clients. We booked a Disney Cruise with Vicki this year and the experience of working with her was nothing short of amazing! I typically have done my own travel planning for my family up until now; but now I am confident to say that I have a travel expert in Vicki that I will work with for a very long time! in fact, we just solidified our next WDW vacation with Vicki for later next year and a Disney Cruise placeholder with Vicki to use and book an itinerary within the next two years! Anyone contemplating planning for a Disney trip or any type of family vacation should immediately contact Vicki...you won't regret it! I know it's been one of the best things that happened to my family! Vicki...thank you for everything you do and for taking such good care of me and my family! We appreciate it more than words can ever express!"

I’ve worked with Vicki Sullivan on two trips, November 2023 and May 2024. Her knowledge on Disney properties and parks, responsiveness to our numerous inquiries, and her reliability w/ finding us our desired meal reservations exceeded our expectations.

Great Service and Amazing Communication

Wanted to thank Vicki Sullivan for planning an absolutely amazing honeymoon for us! Every detail she made so easy and smooth for us! Anyone planning a trip to Disney or any cruise line we highly recommend her!

The stateroom you chose for us was in the BEST most convenient location! Our stateroom attendant asked who booked our room…lol! She even said it was a great location!

From making sure you get the best rooms to informing you of new available discounts, she does her best to make sure you have a wonderful trip. Available by phone, text, and email, she's quick to respond and so much to fun talk with, sharing her own experiences and travel wisdom. She'll also share tips, tricks, and information as your trip nears to help you prepare. I highly recommend Vicki to all of our fellow travelers and will always book through her from now on.

This wouldn’t have happened if it wasn't for all your assistance. You made this so easy and pleasant. Your dedication and professionalism is amazing. We are planning another cruise for next year with even more people so be ready for the call. Thank you for making everyone feel like they were your only client with the call backs, text, email. Overall 10 out of 10!! Want to go back next April. Loved your help and communication. Thank you so much!!

We recently booked a Universal and Disney vacation with the help of Vicki Sullivan, and I can’t say enough great things about the experience! From start to finish, Vicki was absolutely fantastic. She took care of every detail—park tickets, hotel accommodations, dining reservations, even transportation—and made the entire process completely stress-free. What really stood out was how responsive and knowledgeable she was. No matter how many questions we had, or how many times I asked the same question a different way, Vicki always had the answers and made us feel confident and excited about our trip and even helped us in the middle of our trip with quick answers and solutions/recommendations. Vicki was always one step ahead of us in making sure everything ran smoothly. Every rec she gave was fantastic and the parks, Kennedy Space Center, and our hotel were wonderful. And her weekly emails were informative and got us more and more excited as the date for departure neared. Vicki made some

We just got back from the Art of Animation and we booked with Vicki Sullivan (she books all our trips). She is absolutely amazing. We go twice a year and everytime it just gets easier and easier. Vicki gives us different recommendations each time. She also has always gotten us any reservations we REALLY wanted. She is just so amazing and kind. She is fast to answer any questions and she never makes you feel like you may be asking to many or what you are asking you should know. I will continue to use Vicki and refer her to anybody who ask me. She is such a wonderful travel agent and I look forward to booking my next trip with her.

Vicki is amazing to work with. Nothing was too much trouble. My emails and endless questions were answered promptly and full of information. She kept in constant touch with me and gave me reminders and tips with things like on-line check in. Highly recommend Vicki and will definitely use her again...in fact she has already booked me another cruise!!

Everything was perfect!!!! You were amazing!!! No surprise everything went smoothly from arriving at the airport to getting home. We had a wonderful time and have been telling everyone about you and recommending they book through you!!!!

Thank you so much for planning another magical trip for us! We are so appreciative for all that you have done for us. You have made every trip perfect and easy! Throwing in Universal after a week at Disney was a little crazy but we enjoyed it! Thank you for making that possible!! I still haven’t recovered from the trip - hence the delayed email ??. You are truly amazing! Thank you again for everything!! It was another unforgettable experience filled with memories we will never forget!!

You are so helpful, patient and understanding especially when our October cruise got cancelled due to Milton. We were so stressed but with your prompt support and care, everything worked out for us!! We appreciate your professional advice and we are so glad to have you as our TA!! You were absolutely correct when you said our cabin (room#6124) on the Wish was at a perfect location. We were right by the elevators and stairs on the midship, we did not feel any rocking motion, very quiet didn’t hear any noise. My kids were so happy our room had accessibility to the elevators or stairs to everything. and We were basically at the heart of all the entertainments, dining restaurants and activities.

Vicki was so easy to work with! She was so helpful when planning my recent trip to Universal with my sister!! She answers quickly and answered all of my questions! I definitely recommend her for booking your next trip! I’ll definitely use her again! Thank you again!

Vicki Sullivan helped my boyfriend and I so much throughout the Disney trip. She answered all our questions and gave us advice. I recommend her 100%

Vicki was absolutely amazing! From start to finish she kept in contact and helped me plan my first Disney cruise. Any help I needed or questions I had, she was an email or a phone call away and got back with me very quickly. In fact, I purchased a placeholder on that cruise and am also using her book my second one as well! I highly recommend her services!!

Vicki has now planned three trips for us and I should’ve wrote this review two trips ago because she is AMAZING! We knew nothing about how to plan our trip to Disney or a Disney cruise and it was so overwhelming, but Vicki was SO patient with us during the planning process, and was so kind to answer our 1000 questions! She also gave great recommendations and ultimately made all of our trips perfect and unforgettable! I highly recommend using her expertise to ease the planning process of any trip you have!!! We’ll be using her for allllllll our trips to come ??

What would we have done w/o Vicki? Well I will tell you! Been lost, thats what! She booked us the most wonderful vacation ever to universal studios Orlando. Down to every detail . She stayed in contact with me the whole time, answered every call I made, every text and every email. she left nothing unturned. This was our 1st real family vacation so we had a lot of questions I mean a lot, but I didn't throw anything at her that she couldn't answer or handle. She saved me so much time and money, even helped me upgrade so we could enjoy our selves even more. Checked in on us during our vacation and sent me a sweet little card when I got home (with the cutest harry potter stickers) WE ABSOLUTELY WILL BE USING VICKI AGAIN FOR OUR NEXT VACAY (that we are already thinking about ) Thank you miss Vicki you seriously made our moments so very special. you rock!!!
