Vicki helped us plan an incredible vacation for 3 families, a total of 14 people, to the Beaches resort in Jamaica Negril. Every single accommodation we asked for was Fairfield from celebrating a birthday and having decorations and cake when that child entered their room, to adjoining rooms. Vicki made navigating this trip very easy. I will absolutely be using Vicki again to book another family vacation.

We travelled on the Wonder from Sydney to Hobart return (4nights). We had rough seas leaving Sydney that had us feeling a bit squiffy. We had an absolute blast though and managed to do meet and greets, Royal Gathering, wine tasting, Bippity Boppity Boutique for my 5year old son, and even won a medal! We opted for the Palo brunch which was spectacular. It was great booking with Vicki as we got reminders before and after the trip for important bits of info. Loved our trip.

I live in Los Angeles and this was to be my first trip to Disneyland with my 5-year old son along with my extended family who flew in from Canada. Altogether, we were five travelers. It was a daunting task for me because I'm the type of person that likes things to run smoothly. I figure, if I'm going to be planning a memorable vacation, I ought to do it right! I got in contact with Vicki from The Vacationeer and she is MAGICAL!!! I didn't know such a service for planning Disney adventures existed! From the start, Vicki was super-responsive — answering not only my logistical questions, but also answering my niece's questions about Disney park and how things work. We booked a magical vacation with Vicki and decided to go big and stay at the Grand Hotel and opted for the Club level with access to the Veranda. Vicki totally understood my needs as a mom traveling with a young child. The Club level gave us 5-star service and the best part was being able to take as many breaks as needed in the Veranda — which was a family lounge/ dining area with complimentary drinks, water, and delicious bite-sized, catering-style sandwiches, desserts, pastries, fresh fruits and veggies — from morning until night! We watched the fireworks our first night from the Veranda and it totally beats the crowd in the park. It's thanks to Vicki that I took her bit of advice and went with the right hotel! Vicki was highly responsive to every single email and phone call. She answered back in lightning speed and was always so courteous and helpful in all of our interactions. She really knows her stuff, from the hotels, to the technical things like the Genie+ pass, and the Disney app. I cannot recommend Vicki enough! She is a treasure! I was so impressed with the whole Disney vacation experience that I'm considering planning a Disney cruise for my family in the next 1-2 years, and I look forward to working with Vicki again. Vicki Sullivan helped us plan our trip to Disneyland - our first ever time there and our kids' first Disney experience, period. I can't recommend her enough. We recently booked a Universal and Disney vacation with the help of Vicki Sullivan, and I can’t say enough great things about the experience! From start to finish, Vicki was absolutely fantastic. We appreciate your professional advice and we are so glad to have you as our TA!! You were absolutely correct when you said our cabin (room#6124) on the Wish was at a perfect location. We were right by the elevators and stairs on the midship, we did not feel any rocking motion, very quiet didn’t hear any noise. My kids were so happy our room had accessibility to the elevators or stairs to everything. and We were basically at the heart of all the entertainments, dining restaurants and activities.
