My daughter was interested in an Alaska Cruise for the summer 2025. She located Logan West to help us with the planning of our family vacation. There was 15 in this family vacation, seven children ages 1-16, and 8 adults. Logan was helpful in answering all questions, taking our needed information and booking our rooms, and handling our payments. We did upgrade our room size due to some taller dads. We selected balcony’s for all rooms, and middle ship area. All was booked to our request. We selected drink, internet, and picture packages on our own. She helped with any questions related to navigating the cruise line app. I was concerned with insurance coverage for the trip in case of emergency, there might be a need for cancellation for anyone. Logan was very helpful and meet my desired level of insurance at a reasonable cost. Logan was always available for assistance on questions and any questions related to booking excursions on the trip. We all had a wonderful time on our family vacation. It is nice to have a vacation planner to help you make your decisions!!! Thanks very much Logan!!

Logan has helped us plan many trips to Disney world such as meal planning or planning days for Disney. She will also provide suggestions pulling information from what she has done in the past and her experiences. She has been great at answering all questions even some like that don’t normally apply like DVC perks or annual pass support. When she did not know something she did her best to get answers such as Make a Wish questions.

Logan is so easy to work with. She literally did every single thing for us and was quick with responses while at Disney to help us trouble shoot any and all things we needed. Logan is the best! Logan had originally planned our trip for October 2022 but due to weather, she had to reschedule our trip for January 2023. Logan made planning our trip super easy and because of her, the process was stress free.
