This was our first trip to Disney and was looking for some helping planning a very special trip. Katelyn was recommended to me from a friend, and she did not disappoint! I let her know what I was looking for and she was able to plan every step of our vacation, from hotel to dinner reservations. She offered a wide range of options to fit many budgets. I'm so glad I found Vacationeers! It was so easy to get connected with Katelyn our travel agent. She was nothing short of Amazing! She guided us step by step the whole way including during our vacation. She responded quickly to all emails and text messages even during her own vacation, made sure we knew about any magical add ons that were available, and set up our transportation to & from the airport. Katelyn even helped connect a family member on our Disney App whom we were having trouble linking for genie plus during the early early morning hours. She went above & beyond during our 10 months of communication.
I would 100% recommend Katelyn with Vacationeers & will definitely be reaching out to her when it's time to book again.

Katelyn was a great travel agent! We didn’t have to worry about a thing! Anytime we had questions she would answer them accurately and in a timely manner. She made all of our dining reservations and was able to get everything we wanted, even the hardest ones to get! I will be using Katelyn again on our next trip!

Let me begin by saying that I am not a good planner and struggle to keep myself organized, so the mere thought of having to plan out a week long Disney/Universal trip triggered all of my anxiety. Thankfully, I found The Vacationeer and the godsend that is Katelyn. She took care of EVERYTHING for us. She is extremely knowledgable about the parks, resorts, dining, attractions, etc. She kept me updated about the potential closures due to the hurricane (which we thankfully missed) and even checked in on us the day we flew out to make sure we had arrived safely. A few days into the vacation, I realized I had forgotten to do something regarding our day at Universal Studios. I panic texted Katelyn and she immediately responded. She took care of MY faux-pas, no questions asked. I cannot stress enough how GREAT she is! My husband and I will 100000000% be contacting Katelyn again for our next Disney trip and are recommending her to everyone we know. THANK YOU KATELYN!!!!

My family decided to take a trip to Disney and I found Katelyn online. Katelyn was a great travel agent! Anytime we had questions she would answer them accurately and in a timely manner.
