April was so helpful in planning our vacation. She listened to our idea of what we were looking for and planned accordingly. Everything she arranged, from hotels, transportation to and from hotels and airports and experiences at each place were top notch. The tour guides she arranged were local guides and very informative. April's help and guidance made our trip much more relaxing and less stressful than if we had to plan everything. I would not hesitate to recommend April.

I wanted to plan a group trip to Costa Rica to celebrate my Husband's 50th birthday. I was able to narrow some places down and did the research but needed convincing since it was also going to be a group trip (everyone has opinions). I was introduced to 'Beach Bum Vacations' from a family friend and when I reached out, I was immediately given to April as a client! From the introduction to after our trip, April made sure me and my guest were accommodated! We chose the 'Westin Conchal Reserva' All-Inclusive Resort, and April instantly gave us all the important details to make our vacation phenomenal! She was able to give us an awesome deal with 5-Star VIP status, a private transportation to and from the airport, and a list of reasonable and affordable excursions/activities! Our guests are still raving about how professional and efficient April was with helping to set-up their individual needs for the trip. She was easy to reach and paid close attention to what we wanted... there wasn't a question she couldn't answer and if she didn't have it immediately, she got back to us swiftly! I believe my best friend already referred her to another friend! We had an awesome time in Costa Rica, and I'll be sure to be contacting April (directly)! Can't wait to start planning MY 50th in 3-4 years!

Great experience working with April and Beach Bum! We didn't even know where we wanted to go at first and she guided us through several terrific options and locations. Very patient and willing to answer all our questions and find us the perfect spot. Our vacation was epic! April set us up as Preferred Members giving us access to exclusive restaurant, pool and beach options. Highly recommend when you're wanting to venture out into the unknown.
