Stacey is the best! So, helpful when planning a Disney trip. Takes all that stress right off your plate. She checked in on us during our trip. She's just awesome.

We are a long-time Disney family, but after taking one look at the Disney Cruises and how different the experience would be, we reached out to Stacey for help. I am SOOO glad we did, and honestly, we'll never travel again- Disney or otherwise- without her! Right from day 1, she helped us with decision-making, provided guidance on using apps/planning activities, answered my five million questions about everything, etc. The planning process was really fun! Stacey did a great job getting to know our styles/preferences, and then would recommend 2-3 amazing, super fitting options vs. making us comb through dozens of things. Stacey was also really great at making suggestions we never thought about. For example, I probably would have flown in the same day as the cruise, not knowing how risky that was. And sure enough, our flight down was delayed and we would have missed the boat, so I'm so glad she had recommended we go a day or two early! Stacey kept track of all deadlines for us, which is huuuuge. If you've ever done anything with Disney, you know that there are a million deadlines and dates to keep in mind. Deadlines for payments, dates you can book dining, dates you can check in, etc. Stacey was fantastic at tracking these things and giving us ample heads up. During the trip itself, Stacey was available for questions as they came up, and was always super fast to respond. I had a few questions on tipping, what to expect on the last day, etc., and Stacey always took the time to get back to me. And it was the sweetest surprise- when we got on the cruise, we were welcomed with some beautiful gifts she had arranged for us!! We were potentially going to be affected by some winter weather on the trip home, but rather than stress over it, we were able to truly relax and enjoy every minute of the trip, because Stacey proactively reached out to let us know she had a handle on everything.
