This was the first time a cruise ship has left out of Philadelphia in about 15 years. Unfortunately, due to winter weather, the port was unfinished. Check in was handled at a different location and then we were transported by bus to the ship. Norwegian was not at fault; however, this embarkation process was a bit of a disaster. Where's Walter Travel was great at keeping us informed for both embarkation and debarkation. Note: debarkation was a lot easier and not as stressful. I also like how Walter Biscardi took to social media to update and report on the embarkation process I was also impressed by the group activities and how they were organized.
