A Philadelphia First

This was the first time a cruise ship has left out of Philadelphia in about 15 years. Unfortunately, due to winter weather, the port was unfinished. Check in was handled at a different location and then we were transported by bus to the ship. Norwegian was not at fault; however, this embarkation process was a bit of a disaster. Where's Walter Travel was great at keeping us informed for both embarkation and debarkation. Note: debarkation was a lot easier and not as stressful. I also like how Walter Biscardi took to social media to update and report on the embarkation process
I was also impressed by the group activities and how they were organized. I'm sure a lot of work went into planning them, and I'm quite satisfied at how smooth it all turned out.

Great group cruise with La Lido Loca! Walter organized this massive group of almost 200 Loca fans to perfection. He was especially impressive, considering the difficulties of this being the first cruise out of Philadelphia in 15 years with no pier in place. He communicated frequently whenever needed. Trip interruption happens!

Fabulous Vacation!

We called to ask Walter about the MSC Seashore as we had never been on an MSC cruise before. He talked very highly about the ship and their private island Ocean Cay and by the time we were done talking we had booked a 7 day Western Caribbean cruise in the Yacht Club! He was right, the ship is modern and beautiful, Ocean Cay was like being inside a post card from the Bahamas and the Yacht Club experience was better than anticipated. Resilient lady our second Virgin trip

Love the cruise, loved the food, loved the ports of call but did not enjoy a show where I had to stand for 45 min. One of the shows was so strange i almost walked away. We are wine drinkers so at times the wine served was not up to par. Case in point was the dinner show.
