Jennifer was so thorough with her planning! It was our first trip to Disney and Universal Studios, and Jennifer made it SO easy!! I didn't have to worry about figuring out how to get in short lines or where to get the best desserts--she put all of that at our fingertips. Then, when we had a hotel issue (that was not at all her fault), she was on the phone and had it handled within hours. We were able to just enjoy the trip and not worry about the small stuff.

We had an amazing (first) trip to Disney, largely thanks to Jennifer. My wife and I hadn't been to Disney since we were kids, and now with two kids of our own in secondary and middle school, we knew it was time. Our reluctance to go to Disney in years past was due to the amount of preparation and planning we saw all of our friends doing.
