From recommending a resort that was great for our family, resort and ticket purchases, setting up our character breakfast and Droid-building experiences, providing information on Disney transportation, and answering all our questions from the beginning to while we were on our Disney trip, Jennifer was FANTASTIC! Jennifer was a massive help planning our cruise. She gave us multiple options that met our needs and made the booking seamless. She helped us make our drink package selections, found us an amazing veranda room and was knowledgeable about the locations we would be stopping at on our cruise. She even gave packing advice. Jennifer was so thorough with her planning! It was our first trip to Disney and Universal Studios, and Jennifer made it SO easy!! I didn't have to worry about figuring out how to get in short lines or where to get the best desserts--she put all of that at our fingertips. Then, when we had a hotel issue (that was not at all her fault), she was on the phone and had it handled within hours. We were able to just enjoy the trip and not worry about the small stuff.

We had an amazing (first) trip to Disney, largely thanks to Jennifer. My wife and I hadn't been to Disney since we were kids, and now with two kids of our own in secondary and middle school, we knew it was time. Our reluctance to go to Disney in years past was due to the amount of preparation and planning we saw all of our friends doing. With crazy work schedules, my wife and I simpy didn't have the capacity to put it together. Jennifer solved all of that. She listened to what we wanted to do, and then mapped out the entire trip for us, with day-by-day recommendations and reservations. I have several friends also going to Disney this spring, and as I talk through our process with Jennifer, I'm constantly hearing from them, "well our Disney consultant didn't do THAT for us!" It was truly a great experience.
