How she managed to handle that many people, rooms, booking and chaos ?? For this vacation-Kelly helped us pick the perfect cruise line to celebrate my birthday and our 1-year anniversary. She really took the time to understand the exact vibe we were looking for and made sure the itinerary included the stops that were most important to us. What really impressed me is that her help didn’t stop once we booked. When we ended up with 10 hours between getting off the ship and our flight home, she jumped right in with suggestions on what we could do so we could make the most of that time instead of just waiting at the airport. If you’re looking for someone who actually listens, pays attention to the details, and goes above and beyond to make sure your trip is amazing, Kelly is the one. When our tour/transportation provider in Mexico failed to follow through, she stepped in, and followed up with them consistently, and ensured we received a refund. She truly went above and beyond. Despite being a new destination for both of us, she did not shy away and helped me looked for many accommodation options that fit my requirements and budgets. I loved the VIP treatment when we got off the plane went to club mobay was not 100% okay with the food food didn't taste that great to me coming in going but not having to wait in those long lines it was great, I will try to take VIP from now on. Great suggestion Kelly. I love the house with the pool with the made the chef the butler it was a beautiful thing anything you wanted or needed all you had to do was to reach out to one of them however it is not cheap so be prepared to make it was a beautiful trip.
