If you need a travel agent who is always ready to help, responds immediately should you have a question, and makes suggestions on things you didn't think you need and find out you do need it but always with cost savings in mind for you, than use All in Travel Vacation. Very organized and well prepared! She had detailed descriptions of our trip and has wonderful advice on fun options to do on trips. Our prearranged events were taken care of with ease and moved swiftly even with multiple on different days. It’s easy to tell how much time she puts in to knowing what you want to do and researching even more things you didn’t think of!

Early in the year we booked a cruise through Mai Tran. We were able to make monthly payments until the trip was paid. Mai took our information and booked accommodations geared toward our preferences. As the time passed, she found a better rate for our cruise; a little later, she found a return flight that got us home several hours earlier than initially expected. Mai was always immediately responsive to my questions and requests. There were many people travelling with our group, yet she made me feel as if I was special. As cruise time drew near, she sent reminders to make sure we had all necessary documentation, and shared travel tips. I could list many such instances but suffice it to say that Mai was highly organized, efficient, attentive, mindful of my money, knowledgeable, and used her considerable expertise to book a wonderful vacation. I look forward to booking my next vacation through Mai soon!
