She planned well in advance which saved money and helped ensure availability of air and ground travel as well as an excellent hotel accommodation. Christina was so much help for both my trips! I used her for my Disney trip last year and she helped all the way from the flights to checking in on us throughout to making sure everything was going smoothly. I recently also just took a trip to Universal and she had a packet for us that was extremely helpful for all the tips and tricks. I highly recommend using Christina! She was incredibly attentive to our needs and kept us updated every month with any changes. Her expertise in travel planning made everything go so smoothly. Iberostar itself was wonderfully relaxing, and the service throughout our stay was excellent.
The only minor hiccup was the steakhouse—we had a bit of a challenge scheduling a reservation. But overall, it was a fantastic family vacation, and I highly recommend this Iberostar location. The all-inclusive package was amazing!

Christina is incredibly attentive, quickly responsive, so easy to work with, and she put together the perfect trip to match our desired Spain and Italy trip UNDER our planned budget (including private transfers and all)!
Christina helped with the coordination of every detail (i.e. making sure that we had the airline seats that we wanted, had apartment-style layouts in each city, etc).
She made the entire process so seamless for us, and we are so grateful (especially since we decided to take this trip VERY last minute). She also gave us great recommendations for our travel plans (i.e. recommendations on flights and number of cities to visit so that the trip was enjoyable and not too much for us and our baby)!
We have worked with other travel agents in the past, but we will ONLY work with and recommend Christina moving forward! We honestly couldn't have asked for anyone better to help us plan this perfect trip and are so grateful to have found Christina!

Christina was the most patient travel agent we could ever have imagined. She helped us plan 3 trips getting all our preferences and details just right and then we ended up changing plans and she helped us cancel 2 of the trips with no questions asked. She was so kind throughout the process! She was never pushy and always took care of any concerns we had. She even helped arrange special accommodations for my parents to be able to enjoy the trip just the way they were hoping. I can’t say enough positive things about Christina and know anyone who chooses to use her will be so glad they did! She saved me hours of calling customer service to try to book the connecting rooms we wanted. She took care of that for us. We told her the time of year and budget of a desired cruise and she found the affordable deal for us! Seriously she is the best!
