Fran had been so helpful throughout the process. We're looking for a 11-12 night cruise and she recommended the Panama Canal/ABC islands with Celebrity. And just like that, we booked the cruise with her. She answered all our questions and always giving us tips so we can be informed. She also recommended other trips that might interest us. She's never pushy. She's always respectful of our decisions. We met up with her days before the cruise and she's very personable and funny. We considered her our friend now! She's a gem! We had a great time! The resort is on the smaller side, but we liked how everything was close together. Food was great, staff super friendly. We are glad we went with our room type instead of sky pool. With the sky pool not much privacy. Downside was the beach- very small. We like to walk on beach and couldn’t do that. Thanks again for all you do for us!
