I enlisted Jennifer to help me plan a family cruise vacation as I had never cruised before and was not familiar. She was hands-down, amazing, and I will use her going forward to plan big family vacations. There were 21 of us total and the majority of us had not ever cruised before. She took everyone’s needs into consideration and answered many many questions. Our trip was amazing and everything down to the transfers was flawless. You can imagine what it’s like hustling 21 people from Bangor, Maine to Miami Florida to catch a boat. She was incredible and always available for us at any moment. I highly recommend using her. We will definitely use her again for our next family vacation.

Great cruise with family

Jennifer was professional, helpful, and prompt at getting back to us with answers to questions. On a few changes, we looked at changes, or wanted her to look up something else, and she did so without hesitation. On the rare chance that she did not have an answer to something, she promptly reached out to Carnival directly and got back to us with an answer. We would defiantly use her again, and would recommend to family and friends.

Our dream honeymoon!!!

Jennifer helped us plan an amazing honeymoon in Cancun. Not only did she find exactly what we were looking for, but she did it with less than two months of our wedding!!! Jennifer stayed as close to our budget as possible with little lead time, found a 5 diamond spa resort with a honeymoon suite, made sure we received every perk possible, and gave us lists, itineraries and other important pointers and information about Mexico. I would not only use Jennifer again for future vacations, but recommend her to all my family and friends planning a get away. She is lovely to work with, pays attention to every little detail, and we felt that she was just as excited about our trip as we were!!

A magical trip!

Jen is the best and I will absolutely be booking all trips with her in the future. As a Disney person, I enjoy planning our Disney trips almost as much as the trip itself. As a result, I have never used a travel agent before I started working with Jen. I've found that while she can do all of the Disney things (dining reservations, lightning lanes, etc.) she is also just a great resource and reminder if you prefer to do it yourself. Her insight into recent changes, good deals, and everything else is so helpful!
When our flight was cancelled, she was on the phone figuring out our options and alleviating my stress. We have had the best Disney trips and Disney cruises in large part because of Jen's assistance!

Should Have Gone to a Travel Agent Sooner

Jen was amazing. I usually do all the planning for our family trips but with a group of 10, mostly couples, I knew I needed some help this time. I don't think I'll ever plan my own vacation again. She was responsive, knowledgeable and when I was frustrated with the group for going through me instead of going right to Jen she was wonderful and talked me down. She made sure everything was going smoothly during travel days even if it was a weekend and her being unreachable or slow to respond would be expected. I cannot say enough how grateful I am for her making things so smooth and easy.

I could not be happier with the trip that Jennifer Kuhn planned for my family and I to Disney World and on a Disney Cruise. I haven't been to Disney since I was a kid, so I was VERY overwhelmed when I started researching the trip, but Jenny took care of EVERYTHING for us. From booking our lightening lanes, our hotel, our transportation to her tips on what time to get to the busses/skyliner to the parks, which rides to get to first, and suggestions on where to eat, she covered it all, with perfection. The itinerary she planned for us couldn't have been more perfect, and easy to navigate. And getting us to our cruise? Of course she had it all taken care of for us, and even left us a welcome gift in our stateroom. A trip to remember forever!

No tour package!! so everything was unique and tailored to what I wanted to do and see. She made the planning so easy! I could never have done it without her expert guidance and advice. Jen is the absolute best. Meticulous is an understatement. My family went to Disney for a dance competition and bc of that we had no schedule until the week before we were to leave - Jenny organized and planned everything that she could, working around our complete lack of a schedule. She went so above and beyond I literally just had to show up and worry about my girls dancing because she took care of every single aspect. Such a thoughtful planner!

Jen did such a FANTASTIC job planning our first family Disney vacation. She researched everything extensively and provided me all of the quotes options to choose from, so I didn’t feel like I needed to do it again myself. She planned every last detail, including when to sign up for Genie+ and what to use the Genie+ pass on. She set us up with stemless transportation to and from the airport and even booked us a rental car to get to St Pete for a few days on the beach. She was thoughtful about my kids ages and heights and which rides and attractions they would want to do, and gently redirected me when I was thinking about the wrong things. Her expertise, dedication and organization are amazing and I cannot imagine planning another trip without her. Best of all- her services are complimentary! It’s actually hard to believe and I feel like I owe her lots of money. Thank you, Jen. Can’t wait to use your services again for our next trip!
