Vanessa was key in planning our unforgettable honeymoon to Italy in Spain for starting in Rome on land, then embarking on a Mediterranean cruise, and finally finishing by taking a train to Venice for a few days. Vanessa made our trip seamless ensuring we saw all the most important and breathtaking sites And ensured we had reliable transportation to and from all of our destinations. Even when there was a transportation strike in Italy she answered her phone call immediately and helped us arrange for new flights to return home.

Vanessa helped us plan our trip to Universal in Florida. She had great insight into the new park- EPIC which had just opened the week before our stay. She also gave us great advice about our lodgings. We ended up in the club level at the Portofino hotel which was exactly what we were looking for! When my sister and i decided at the last minute, to book a family Christmas trip to Aruba, we reached out to Vanessa for assistance.
