This year we decided on a Family Vacation to celebrate Christmas!! Vanessa helped us check all the boxes that we need checked when we travel as a Family. Upon check in, the hotel could not (would not) make good on the requests we made for our room accommodations. As soon as Vanessa heard about our situation she intervened and took care of everything!!! She reminded us immediately the value of booking with a travel agent. Vanessa planned an incredible 30th anniversary trip for my husband and I to Portugal. We knew we wanted to go to Portugal, but we did not know exactly to what areas.
