This year we decided on a Family Vacation to celebrate Christmas!! Vanessa helped us check all the boxes that we need checked when we travel as a Family. Upon check in, the hotel could not (would not) make good on the requests we made for our room accommodations. As soon as Vanessa heard about our situation she intervened and took care of everything!!! She reminded us immediately the value of booking with a travel agent. She took all of the stress out of our situation so we could get back to enjoying our family vacation. Vanessa you were amazing, Thank You

Vanessa planned an incredible 30th anniversary trip for my husband and I to Portugal. We knew we wanted to go to Portugal, but we did not know exactly to what areas. Vanessa provided us information on locations and created a wonderful itinerary for us. It was very easy to work with her and she guided us along through the whole process. Our trip was amazing ! From the car service to the hotels to the excursions planned, it was perfect ! We are so happy that we chose her as our vacation planner We are looking forward to using her again on our next trip! Thank you Vanessa For making our 30th wedding anniversary so special!

From start to finish Vanessa was extremely helpful and supportive. I gave her some details on what we were thinking about for our Anniversary vaca (first trip without our kids in over 13 years!), and she gave me choices! I had time to review things, look things over, ask her TONS of questions- to which she never minded! After narrowing things down, she was great about making sure we understood the payments and pay options, travel insurance options, and what we would need as far as ID and travel docs. She gave me a detailed intinerary of our trip with flights and hotel, and then set me up with a Viator link to be able to book adventure and explore excursions as well as airport-hotel transfers. She provided me with the link and info to complete our immigration cards, as well as suggested Whatsapp and Amercian Airlines App for ease fo communication with Viator tour guides and transfer company as well as checking in and being ready to go with alerts and updates and changes to our flights. This worked out great as on the way there, we had to change gates and planes, and there was a last minute gate change on the way home and the AA app told me everything in prompt timing! I wouldn't have known to download and use this if Vanessa hadn't guided me to. A few days before the trip she checked in and made sure we were all set and wished us a happpy vacation and upon return, also checked in to ask how things went. Vanessa was lovely to work with, fun and easy to talk to, and didn't mind working with what my husband and I really wanted for our trip as well as my loads of questions! I will absolutely go through Vanessa for my future travels!

????? We seriously can't recommend Vanessa enough! We've used her for multiple trips now, and she just booked our Chicago getaway. As always, she absolutely knocked it out of the park. She makes the whole process so easy and takes all the stress out of planning. She's always quick to respond, answers every random question we have, and somehow always finds exactly what we're looking for. It honestly feels like having a friend plan your vacation. At this point, we won't book a trip without her. If you're on the fence about using a travel agent, let this be your sign. Vanessa is the best, and we're already looking forward to having her help us plan our next adventure!
