We wanted a family vacation to Europe and didn’t know where to start. Vanessa helped us decide on Portugal and made sure we had an unbelievable experience. Vanessa was amazing! Her knowledge and expertise of the travel industry allows her to provide many options but only the ones that best meet her client’s preferences. Vanessa was key in planning our unforgettable honeymoon to Italy in Spain for starting in Rome on land, then embarking on a Mediterranean cruise, and finally finishing by taking a train to Venice for a few days. Vanessa made our trip seamless ensuring we saw all the most important and breathtaking sites And ensured we had reliable transportation to and from all of our destinations. Even when there was a transportation strike in Italy she answered her phone call immediately and helped us arrange for new flights to return home.

Vanessa helped us plan our trip to Universal in Florida. She had great insight into the new park- EPIC which had just opened the week before our stay. She also gave us great advice about our lodgings. We ended up in the club level at the Portofino hotel which was exactly what we were looking for! We gave Vanessa dates for our vacation, but in our heads the days of the week we thought, did not match the dates we had given. We did not discover right up until the day before that we had a problem. Vanessa jumped right on it changed all the accommodations less than 24 hours before we were to travel and ended up having a great vacation.

When my sister and i decided at the last minute, to book a family Christmas trip to Aruba, we reached out to Vanessa for assistance.
