I have been very pleased with my experience working with Kate. Within the same day after I filled out the online form, Kate reached out to me via email and we spoke on the phone shortly after. We had a very efficient, pleasant, and informative conversation where she asked more questions about my trip preferences and goals and shared some insights I hadn't considered. Kate was highly communicative throughout the trip-building experience, sharing details for me to consider and answering questions that came up. She helped me understand details about the cruise accommodations which helped us determine that we wanted a balcony room for the best experience for me and my family. She helped me understand the benefits of trip insurance, shared insights into the best options for that, and also identified some options for parking and accommodations the night prior to the cruise departure. Kate found ways to help us save money along the way as well! Lastly, she set up a surprise gift for my daughter to celebrate her graduation (the reason for the trip), which my daughter received the first day we arrived on the cruise. And Kate checked in with me early on during my trip to see how everything was going. Our favorite restaurants were Indigo House and Banana’s. We loved our day trips which brought us to Scrubb Island where we purchased a day pass to use all the amenities at the upscale resort. We also visited The Baths on Virgin Gorda which were breathtaking and we took a Catamaran ride to Jost Van Dyke to visit White Bay and the Soggy Dollar. Thanks to Kate’s thoughtful planning, the experience was seamless and unforgettable!

Kate did a fabulous job planning a family vacation for 9 of us. We were coming from 3 different cities and had only a 2 1/2 week window of dates to work with, and she coordinated everything for us!
