A Perfectly Planned Trip to the BVI

A huge thank you to Kate John for her incredible recommendations in planning this trip-every detail was spot on. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like VIPs with a priority walk-through of immigration , which made the start of our trip smooth and stress free.
Our stay at Cane Garden Bay Beach Resort and Spa was the perfect mix of relaxation and Adventure. The beachfront setting, beautiful turquoise water, and laid-back vibe made it easy to unwind, while nearby restaurants and live music added to the charm. Our favorite restaurants were Indigo House and Banana’s.
We loved our day trips which brought us to Scrubb Island where we purchased a day pass to use all the amenities at the upscale resort. We also visited The Baths on Virgin Gorda which were breathtaking and we took a Catamaran ride to Jost Van Dyke to visit White Bay and the Soggy Dollar.
Thanks to Kate’s thoughtful planning, the experience was seamless and unforgettable!

High School spring break group trip

Kate was very attentive to our requests, even though our group was huge! The day of our departure, we had a flight cancellation. She was up at the crack of dawn helping me rebook my flight and secure our hotel reservation. She even worked with the resort to get us an extra night stay. She really went above and beyond. My dream trip

I've wanted to go to the east coast on a train for over 40 years. My husband always wanted to go west. He passed away 2 years ago and I found the opportunity to do so. Kate John listened to my desires and put a trip together for me, my daughter and my grandchildren. She found the perfect hotel that was a must for our trip and it was perfect for our stay. She listened to everything I needed to make the trip the best experience we could have and it all fell into place perfectly. We had some issues with the train and she did everything she could to make it right. I did not feel any stress because everything worked so perfectly. I will use Kate again for future trips.

I worked with Kate to plan a Caribbean Cruise to celebrate our 45th Wedding Anniversary. We planned a 10-day trip to Colombia that included stays in Bogota and Cartagena with our adult children and their partners. Some of the trip was planned before we started to work with Kate. Kate found a wonderful place for us to stay in Cartagena based on what we wanted in a property; she worked at getting additional information on Bogota (even though she did not book those flights); traveling out of the country can pose issues if health concerns arise and she identified the right travel insurance to meet our needs. But it did not end there! Kate checked on us prior to us departing, while in Colombia and before our return. We are planning a Hawaii trip, and we will use Kate to assist us with that trip! Our first cruise with grandson in the military

First Big Vacation

My wife and I are inexperienced travelers, and we finally decided to take a big trip together. But we needed help with finding the right destination and with booking the flights. We tried a couple other agents and they seemed to get frustrated with our inexperience and all of our questions. Kate was our third agent we tried and instead of us asking her questions she was asking us questions, and made us feel that someone was helping us. And she was a huge help and we feel we got the exact vacation we were looking for, a relaxing one with plenty of activities to enjoy. Kate was also a huge help with our flights especially, after they were booked and a problem arose with our connecting flight and we needed to make some changes, she jumped right into action, gave us 3 different possibilities for us to choose from and gave us the pros and cons of each. She is great! My wife and I would recommend her to anyone, no hesitation!

Kate saved my marriage. My wife and I set up our perfect cruise. We had it reserved all we had to do is confirm our work schedule, which we did, and send it our deposit, which I forgot. We I remembered I went back and the all the balcony cabins were booked. I got a reference from a friend that I should talk with Kate. I did, and some how she was able to reserve us a balcony cabin that was even better than what we reserved. All we have to do now is wait, relax and enjoy the cruise. Thanks Kate!!!!
