2024 Black Pineapple Awards Gala - Antigua
If you haven't been to Antigua & Barbuda the best way to describe it is "Next Level". I completed my Specialist course last year and have been fostering a great relationship with my resort BDM's in Antigua, and with the Tourism Board itself.
Each and every client that I have sent to Antigua has come back feeling as if the island kept a piece of their hearts, and I felt the same when I returned.

Wonderful trip

Mexico Christmas 2024

Lisa booked a one-week all-inclusive holiday to Mexico for my family of four (12 & 14-year-old kids) over the Christmas holiday. I reached out to Lisa because she advertised as being very knowledgeable about food allergies. My son has celiac disease and I was concerned about safely feeding him.
After initial contact, Lisa promptly provided multiple options within our price range which she was confident matched our wishes including our special food requirements. Lisa was extremely helpful during the selection/booking phase and answered all my questions thoroughly and promptly.
The trip was fantastic. The resort was even better than we expected. Service was outstanding, the beach was great, and ALL the food was high-end.
Every time we went to a restaurant we were asked about food allergies before being seated. A food concierge (head chef) was contacted and sent to meet with my son. They would carefully explain what my son could eat from the menu or the buffet. The food conci

Regarding to the trip, highly recommend for Barcelo Maya Palace. It’s real 5* hotel with incredible service (they prepared suprising birthday cake for me at room, even in a la carte restaurants).

Retreat request

I reached out to Lisa to help in booking a trip that was unusual then most trip requests. It was geared towards yoga and wellness retreats. I am so happy I came across Lisa! She was such a dream to work with. Her honesty and transparency was something I truly appreciated. To be honest, my previous experiences with travel agents for other trips was less than stellar and the recommendations of resorts were disappointing and I was hesitant to go down the path again . With Lisa, it was a completely different and positive experience. She was always quick to respond and answer my (many) questions. We ended up going with one of the resorts Lisa suggested and I am SO glad we did. We spent a week at Platinum Yucatan Princess. We can’t wait to go back. What my husband and I really appreciated was Lisa had visited the sister resort herself and raved about it (we wanted to be solely at an adults only resort). This trip exceeded our expectations and my husband and I both agreed, for our next trip with will return to the same resort. Lisa made the daunting task of planning a vacation so easy and seamless. Highly recommend Lisa!

This was our 1st year with Lisa Dunne as our representative. Lisa listened to our wish list of destinations and type of experience we wanted on our winter trip. Hotel was clean, comfy, even the kids had fun

My husband, kids, and myself had a trip booked for Florida this past November. Our departure flight was booked for 10am, although that's not too early, with having kids and trying to beat Toronto traffic, we were trying to avoid feeling rushed and stressed, we decided to stay at a hotel the night before. Knowing Lisa was in the travel business, I reached out to her to see if she had any recommendations on nearby hotels near Pearson Airport. Not even 5 minutes went by and she had already priced out hotels (including parking for the week!) for us and made sure the hotels offered an indoor pool for the kids and breakfast in the morning. She was so proactive and quick, she took the stress of shopping around and made it so easy for us! I will be talking to Lisa again for our next trip and recommend her to anyone looking for vacations. Cuba to Mexico

Originally we were scheduled to go to Cuba. Lisa remained knowledgeable & up to date on situations arising there. Less than a week to departure we made the decision to change. A trip of a lifetime with our family and our parents

Lisa was super helpful in the early stages of planning our trip. Her intake form is super handy and allows you to provide all of the pertinent details for the vacation you are dreaming of. She is very quick to respond to emails and sends multiple options to select from. She was also able to communicate with her contacts at the resort to ensure our young children could attend the kids club with an adult.
She coordinated travel for my parents from up north to fly out of Toronto with us on the same flight. She provided a detail email about apps and important information days prior to our vacation.
Our vacation was seamless and enjoyed by all of us. It was the perfect spot for us to relax, enjoy the beach and pool with our young kids and parents, and have fantastic food together.

She suggested a stunning new resort for our trip, but it wasn't a good fit for us—it's still ironing out some operational issues and appears to be struggling with management overload. I believe she could have put more effort into selecting a resort that better accommodated my celiac disease by providing reliable gluten-free options. Perhaps a more detailed form would be helpful, as the questions asked were very basic.

One amazing agent, two toddlers, three plane rides

I found Lisa through local community Facebook groups, with the hope of planning our family's first all-inclusive vacation. I first contacted her in May, and her communication and professionalism was top-notch from the start. My spouse and I have stressful jobs, two young children, and not a whole lot of extra time! Lisa followed up regularly with me, without pressure or being pushy, sending us plenty of options within our budget, tailored to our requests. Everything went seamlesslessly, thanks to an app with all of the information we could possibly need, broken down by day, as well as detailed email instructions highlighting key pieces. Halfway through our wonderful trip, Lisa notified us of the impending Air Canada flight attendant strike and what this means for our return home. We felt very nervous, uncertain, and scared. Lisa was transparent, confident, and clear. She gave us different options and facilitated all contact with AC vacations to get us home. Lisa updated our itinerary with new instructions as we now had a layover to get home. We could not have asked for a better experience, and that was all because we had Lisa on our side. Thank you!!

Great Planning Equals Great Trip

We did a trip to Ireland, Scotland, and Paris, and there was so much information that we needed and Lisa provided that information for us. Such as flights, connecting flights, And the paperwork we had to fill out for each place we visited. She made this trip stress-free for us. And I’m probably leaving out a bunch of stuff but all I can say is Lisa did a great job for us.

Lisa was great to work with! Very professional and helpful! We knew we wanted to do an organized tour of Ireland/Scotland followed by a few days in France, and Lisa was very helpful in coordinating this for us. Everything worked out well and we were very pleased. The trip plans app that she set up for us was most useful and helped to keep everything in order in regards to timelines, confirmation numbers, website links, etc. Lisa was always very responsive whenever we needed her. A family trip to remember

An amazing trip to Mexico

Flights/Accommodations/vehicle rental

Booking with Lisa was so easy she asked us what we wanted, where we would like to go and budget. She gave us a couple options we modified one of them and she accommodated it so quickly. The places we stayed at were amazing. She checked on us and sent us all our paper work before we left and then when we got home.
We did a self drive tour of Portugal landing in Lisbon and driving between Porto and Douro Valley. Then driving down to Algarve then to Lisbon. We were able to visit Porto, Douro Valley, Aveiro, Nazare, Lagos, Lisbon and Sintra. I would highly recommend Lisa and will use her again.

Mexican Getaway

From initial contact until we arrived back home was a very smooth and easy process. We usually find and book our own travel but we decided we needed a late winter escape from work stress and reached out for options for all inclusive getaways in March or April. Lisa responded quickly and within 48 hours gave us 6 options within the criteria we have her for location,budget, and preferences. We looked them over, did some research and made our selection. From that moment on the communication was consistent and professional. We received a detailed itinerary with tips and inclusions as well as potential extras to avoid surprises and the trip went as planned. The resort was what we were looking for. Quiet, peaceful and relaxing but with easy access to more upbeat fun, beachfront, additional dining and anything else we needed. Would recommend both the resort for people who were looking for a nice getaway at a good price as well as Lisa for handling the details and planning.

Long awaited Trip

This trip was truly remarkable and exceptionally relaxing. Our room was conveniently located near all the amenities, with less than a five-minute walk to the lobby, buffet, and pool areas. It was also in close proximity to the Gulf. During the day, we would sit by the pool and enjoy our time, while in the evening, we could on our patio and listen to the music.
If one had a slight disability the resort supplied, at your request, wheelchair, or for a price scooters.

Mexican Getaway

We were looking for an all inclusive weeks away in early spring and reached out to Lisa 8 months before with a scenario, a budget and specifications. Within 2 days she gave us multiple options and after looking them over and doing a little research on each one we selected one that worked best for us. The trip ended up being exactly what we needed, good weather , nice surroundings, good food options and relaxed setting when we wanted it but access to different resorts with different vibes whenever we chose . Whole experience was pretty seamless with good communication throughout and a detailed itinerary before leaving. Even communicated with us in short order while our of the country herself. Discovering the West Coast of Canada was a wonderful experience that I hope everyone gets a chance to do one day. We aren't really a "relax on the beach for a week " kind of family so hiking the Coastal Mountains, exploring the beaches , riding the Sea to Sky Gondola, taking a road trip to Whistler on the Sea to Sky Highway and stopping at the provincial parks along the way, and traversing many suspension bridges was right up our alley. Lisa helped get an early flight home for one in our party due to a scheduling error on our part. Lisa was very helpful every step of the way.

This was our first tropical vacation since 2019. We are so thankful we used a Mrs. Lisa Dunne for this trip. She was always just a phone call or message away to answer any question or inquiry we had before, during and after our trip. She found this trip for us. This one was not even on our radar. I cannot say enough good things about our experience using Treasured Moments and especially having Lisa handle our needs. Would 100% recommend them both for any trips and travel plans. Wonder of the Seas Cruise

Lisa helped us book a cruise for a family of 4. A little hiccup with the one balcony room booking but not in Lisa's control. Cruise was great aside from a small trip to the medical center and Lisa helped us through that remotely when I was having trouble getting in touch with our travel insurance company. Where do I start!
We have booked both online and through other travel agents in the past, and before we were fortunate enough to work with Lisa, we just assumed our past experiences both bad and ok, were just the norm.
Along came Lisa, who from the very first chat diligently went to work to not only identify what we were looking for, but to make sure she was catering suggestions and answering every little question in detail!
When booking as a group of friends, there is constant differences in opinion, challenges in getting everyone on the same page, and questions galore!
Lisa was so easy to work with and patient with us to make sure she wasn’t just trying to rush us into a choice and move onto the next one!

1st All inclusive vacation!

My husband and I recently booked an all inclusive vacation through Lisa and from start to finish the whole process was easy and stress free. Lisa is very knowledgeable and professional in every way. We had a hiccup in our plans and had to change our travel dates pretty last minute and thankfully we were offered option flex so we were able to change our dates no problem. Lisa took care of everything for us and provided us with all the information we needed. She was super patient with us when we were being indecisive and gave us plenty of options to choose from when picking the resort.
