Not too long ago, we were all set for a Royal Caribbean cruise to the Bahamas, and I have to give a big thanks to Toni Velazquez! She was super friendly and gave us tons of great advice, making everything so easy. Even though things didn’t go as we had originally planned and we changed it up a few times, her professionalism really helped us sort things out.
