She makes recommendations that make your journey seamless, i.e. flights, insurance, pre and post stays, excursions,. Her attention to detail diminishes any stress you may have about your experience. On a recent trip to Japan, she made sure we knew about trash disposal (Japan is by far the cleanest destination I have ever visited), food choices, weather preparation, customs, tipping and certain words that would be useful. She suggested helpful apps to download to help with language. Tamara contacted the vendors to arrange for fluid transition from pre-tour stay to tour, as well as, scheduling tours outside of our package, which were wonderful.
