Cindy was fantastic from start to finish! We were trying to plan a 25th wedding anniversary trip with family and friends, but not quite sure the best way to go. She helped to guide us through the process with much patience and expertise. We threw her a couple of curveballs due to airfare and accomodations, but none of that mattered, she handled it flawlessly! Can't recommend her enough!

Cindy provided the same excellent level of service from the beginning and throughout the entire process including our unfortunate need of having to file a claim with AIG due to illness. Three of our party of five made the trip to Universal Studios, Orlando, Florida. All reservations including special events were all successfully scheduled. Cindy paid great attention to detail and was very thorough Cindy also offered good advice regarding different options. Cindy is very organized and help us with the paperwork when we filed our claim to AIG.

She found out there was construction taking place near one of the hotels we were originally going to stay at, and she changed the location to a better one. We have been working with Cindy for at least the last 10 years and she has been extremely attentive to needs and wants as we travel in our retirement years. She goes above and beyond what someone would expect form a travel agent. As an example of that, we were scheduled to depart for a cruise in the Baltic flying Iceland Air through Iceland when they had an issue with a volcano erupting the night we were scheduled to depart from Boston. All flights through Iceland were stopped and we would not have been able to leave to make the cruise on time. When I called Cindy at home on that day, which was a Sunday, after learning about the flight cancellation at 9 in the morning, she told me that she had learned of the situation while learning of the news on TV earlier and was already working on a solution. She called us an hour later and told us that we had been booked on another airline not flying through Iceland and we could leave as scheduled. How impressive can you get!

Cindy planned the most perfect honeymoon for my husband and I....Italy and Greece! She is wonderful to work with and helps to think through every detail. We wanted the trip of a lifetime and she delivered! From the hotels, to restaurant recommendations, car reservations and even a one of a kind cooking class! We loved working with Cindy so much that we went back to see her when booking to Hawaii last year. In the midst of planning, we had decided to purchase a new home, which changed some elements of our trip. Cindy didn't miss a beat and made all the changes we needed- doing twice the work! This past December, we wanted to go somewhere last minute for New Years Eve....Cindy helped us with a trip to Quebec City-- fabulous!!
