I’m not much of a “review” kind of guy, but if the purpose of this is to give information to “would be” clients, that’s easy. Viola rocks. She followed us every step of the way. The only reason for only 4 stars was a snafu in the name. However, that worked to Viola’s advantage as we saw how quickly she worked with us to problem solve. That’s what I wanted in a travel agent! We couldn’t have been more elated with our trip, plus it was my band mate’s first. We’re planning a night next month to see “what’s next?”

Our experience with Vi was amazing. This was our first time using a travel agent, and we were not sure what to expect, so I couldn't believe how simple it was. All we "had" to do was the fun stuff - like choosing what we wanted to do on our trip. Vi asked us some questions at the outset, had custom recommendations based on what was important to us, and then handled all the nitty gritty stuff. When we hit a slight snag with flight check-in, Vi was immediately there, calling the airline and cruise line to get it sorted out for us. She was so responsive and supportive every step of the way, sent reminders, and made our vacation amazing. I cannot recommend Vi highly enough!

Norwegian Caribbean Cruise

We had a wonderful time during the trip. The excursions were fun and informative. Food on the ship was excellent once we found the restaurants that fit our particular diets well. Very comfortable accommodations and friendly people all around. Would definitely recommend. Looking forward to our next trip. We began this journey 2 years ago and Viola kept us updated through out the process and worked with us to download the apps and plan our excursions. We discussed the things we wanted to do and when you have a group it is great having someone who spearheads the planning on your behalf.

The best vacation we ever.

Viola Johnson set up our cruise from Puerto Rico on the Norwegian Viva, she made all the travel arrangements from Ontario CA to San Juan PR and return. She made hotel reservations at the Sheraton Casino Hotel and arranged a walking tour of Old San Juan until it was time to board the cruise ship. She made arrangements for a shuttle from the hotel to the ship. She made suggestions to purchase Priority Access and Norwegian Beach Vibe which is a private adults only retreat with hot tubs, bar and food service.
Viola Johnson suggested and made all our shore excursions, her knowledge of all the ports and what they have to offer was exceptional as she had visited them all herself.
At the end of the cruise a bus was there to take to the airport for the return flight home. We are so happy to have found Viola Johnson for our travel agent and will defiantly use her again on our future trips.

A "Bucket List" cruise we imagined for years - ACC

From our very 1st conversation with Viola (Vi), about a dream cruise on our "Bucket list", she was excited & invested!
My husband and I heard about a 16 day cruise to the Hawaiian Islands from LA, CA. We wanted to experience this cruise for our 35th Anniversary.
Vi gathered a few important initial details from us regarding our wants, needs, desires, budget, expectations & she jumped in with both feet and from there began her "Travel Agent (TA)" research.
In a few days she offered to set-up a zoom meeting (if desired) and discuss cruise options. I liked using zoom because it felt like a real face to face meeting. Vi laid out some details of 3 different Cruise Lines that offered the 16 day adventure all at different price points.
