Kristine Petruzzi is amazing to work with! Her responses to my requests are always timely and extremely helpful. She is creative in finding different options for travel if budget or time is an issue. One of the things I most value is her reliability when it comes to last minute changes. I have had several occasions when a last minute cancellation or flight change is needed, and it is incredibly reassuring to know that she is there to do it! On top of all of this, she is fun to work with! Her kindness and willingness to help makes my job so much easier.

She has given me her personal cell to text at any time of day, and I will say, she has never NOT answered. My job is stressful as it is, and knowing that I have Kristine on my team and always reliable takes a load off my mind. She is always kind, understanding and most of all accurate with exceptional attention to detail for our travelers needs. Just last night we had an emergency and texted her at midnight. She changed the flight and our employee is already home and at the hospital with her family member. The hotels and destinations she has recommended and booked for my family have been spot on, as far as our tastes,... and I am extremely picky. We have worked with Kristine for many years, before & after her move away from the Cities. And she has never failed to provide excellent service. We use Kristine via phone/email for all trips. She has been very prompt with everything. She is quick to lock in our trips. Remembers our little treats we like to give ourselves. My husband is a very anal traveler - wants to print bag tags, arrange shore excursions, print boarding passes, etc. as soon as possible. She just chats and types away. We have never had problems with our trips anywhere.
