Where do I begin?! Jessica made our Italy family vacation one we will never forget! When planning our trip, Jess took the time to really listen to what we wanted to see and made it ten times better!! The recommendations she made were ones I never would have known about and truly made it a trip of a lifetime! She made each step in our planning easy and with such a busy schedule with my kids, she was always flexible to talk when needed. There was never a time I felt overwhelmed and she made the planning so much fun! The app Trip Plans she used made traveling flawless with everything there in one spot to always refer to with accommodations, tours, confirmation #s, reservations, room codes along with other recommendations if we ever had a free moment what to do next. She also personally delivered a folder of our itinerary and hard copies of everything for our entire trip that I never even had to open because the app was so easy and informative. One evening I found out our hotel in Rome the next day had double booked us and when I reached out to Jess, she not only took care of everything for me so I could continue to enjoy our evening in Tropea that night, but she got a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom penthouse apartment in the heart of Rome. She made everything easy and I never had to worry about a thing. All the apps and everything I needed was already downloaded and ready for me so we knew what was happening next. I never knew a two week vacation exploring all of Italy could be done so flawlessly. We took trains, ferry's, busses and even rented cars to drive 4 hours down to Calabria to see family and the transportation reservations were never a problem! From dinner reservations made on top of the world in Positano to a golf cart tour in Rome, Jess made this experience one we will never forget!
