I have always dreamed of traveling internationally, but never done it before. I wanted to travel to Rome & Paris for our one year wedding anniversary, and my husband's aunt recommended Kim to assist us as she was local to our home area. As soon as I reached out to Kim, she was always ready to help with anything or answer any questions I had. She was constantly checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly or to remind of certain deadlines to be met. As I wanted to see so much, I wanted to plan out my itinerary of days and she was fine with that. Her process of selecting hotels, flights then tours was a great structure. She sent me a list of hotels to choose from and once I picked, she booked it with my payment information. We handled booking our round trip flight because of giftcards, but she booked our flight from Rome to Paris and that was a breeze with the AirFrance app. She then emailed a list of tours to select (after gathering what captivated my husband's and I's interests) from Viator and I was able to plan my visiting days from there. I will say that booking a max of 2 tours a day was doable but can be a lot for some. Kim was a pleasure to speak and plan with as I had never traveled abroad before. She was always ready to help, very knowledgeable in what she does, and I greatly appreciate that she respected my desire to plan out my days for the trip. She definitely goes above and beyond with her work, and that is because she wants her people to have wonderful memories from their trips without any planning stress. I highly recommend this lovely lady for any trip or cruise you have yet to plan. If we ever travel again, Kim can expect to hear from us! Thank you for everything Kim!! It was wonderful. The hotels we were at were amazing. Since they were not ready when we arrived, they put our luggage up for us. Kim was constantly checking on us to make sure everything was going good for us, which it was. Our tours she sat up were wonderful. We really enjoyed them. Just what we wanted. Again she checked to make sure there were no problems. I have never felt someone cared so much about how things were going on our vacation as I did on this vacation. We are an older couple but Kim was like a “Mom” at every turn checking to make sure there were no problems or concerns on our end. We will use her services again for sure. She worked very hard before we left to get everything set just as my husband wanted. We both felt she was amazing.

Kim was excellent with all the steps for booking our first cruise! She made herself available at any time for questions and we had a Zoom to go over all the different things from people and get one clear and concise answer. Prior to, she made sure that we had checked in, etc.. To top it off, her personalized yet essential “gifts” were an added touch. Kim was great! She was very knowledgeable when it came to Carnival cruises and knew a lot about the Jubilee ship. Her communication was awesome and she reached out several times before our cruise to see if we needed anything. I have been cruising since 2018 and this was my first time using a travel agency since I had to organize a cruise for 20+ pp. I bumped into KIM and I must say it was the best thing ever. She was good in her communication and updating me on everything. We needed our cabins on one floor and the kept them as close as we wanted.We had to make some few changes in the cabins and all I could do was just texting her and she did it for us immediately. We wanted to go with some friends of ours that booked a cruise and found out when we tried to book it with our Carnaval cruise agent it was sold out. We ask him to put us on a waitlist, NEVER heard anything back from him. Our friends booked through Kim and said to call her. We did, explained our situation and had her put us on the list also.
