Shai was amazing to work with. He was very responsive and gave excellent suggestions for hotels and excursions. All of the hotels recommendations were very hospitable and in great locations, which is very hard to guarantee when you’re just researching on your own.

Great after hour service , one example for that ;
I was stuck in the airport in a 150 people line after my flight was canceled. I called Shai and he booked me to an alternative flight. I did not have to stand in line anymore as the rest of the people. More importantly, I arrived to my meeting on time!
