Our travel agent Jessi Diez was amazing! We have used a different travel agent/company before and this experience was far beyond the previous one and surpassed our expectations. Jessi was recommended to us from friends of family so we reached out to her directly as first time potential clients. (We also reached out to another recommended agent but Jessi was so professional prompt and detailed with our initial contact that we felt led to continue with her alone, boy are we glad we did!) She prepared us getting familiar with how booking with her would work and we agreed to dive in. We filled out a detailed questionnaire on where, when, what kind of travel arrangements we were comfortable with and what budget we were willing to spend. From there Jessi worked her magic and came up with 3 scenarios that we could choose from and then perfect to our liking. This was greatly appreciated as we wanted to see as much of Australia we could, but I gave her a budget of 'as little as possible' to work with lol. This helped us see the cost of different means of travel: cruise, group booking and solo 'A La Carte' booking. From there we chose the cruise option and Jessi then helped us plan all the details before and after. (Airfare is a separate entity Jessi does not plan but another part of her company can help with if you so choose!) I cannot say enough how much we appreciated Jessi every step of the way. I am the thrifty one who would rather slum it to save money and my husband is not. Jessi found us options along the way that catered to both of us and we were thrilled she listened to our needs and delivered! We communicated primarily through email but we also had scheduled phone calls throughout our planning as well. Jessi even texted us to keep us as informed as possible during time crunches and messaged us during our travels to make sure things were going smoothly. Mind you Australia is 16 hrs ahead and she made sure we made all our bookings! Thank you again Jessi! ~The Schultz

We went on Independence of the seas cruise ship with Royal Carribean.Jessica got two families booked, helped get travel insurance for both airline issues or health issues while in the Carribean.

Jessi was great with lots of communication throughout the entire process. We went with another couple and had a little glitch early where one member of our party did not have a seat assignment. Jessi made sure we were all traveling together which required our connection in a different city, but it worked out really well well. She checked with us midway through our trip and again when we returned. Great service. Will defibook with Jessi again

This was our very first vacation as a family with a 6 and a 3 year old. We were a little skeptical, but Jessi took the stress and the worrisome right out of the equation. I reached out and kind of explained what we were looking to do and accomplish in a short window of time, and she was able to put together a beautiful 4 day itinerary that was fun for both kids and adults. From the flights, rents car and hotel, everything was a breeze. She even gave us recommendations for different culinary experiences within our destination. It was the trip of a lifetime and I will definitely be booking with Jessi again!

My husband and I got away for a quick trip to skaneateles, NY (fingerlakes region) for a wonderful R&R night. I highly recommend Jessi to anyone looking for a well-planned, hassle-free travel experience—whether it’s a quick overnight or a longer journey. I’m already looking forward to planning my next trip with her help! Despite this trip being a short trip, it felt seamless. The itinerary was balanced, efficient, and allowed us to relax and enjoy our anniversary without any stress. It’s clear that she has a passion for travel and a real talent for making even brief getaways feel memorable.

Our experience was amazing! Process was so smooth and hiccup free. Jessie made sure we were aware and knowledgeable going into our first trip overseas! We had the trip of a life time, and we cannot wait to go back to Italy to hit all the places we missed!!

I only had to tell Jessi some of my interests, a little bit about my travel style, and a few of the countries that I was interested in. With that, she was able to pull together a perfect itinerary for me, within my budget. Jessi even remained available to me for the duration of my trip, and helped with anything I needed, including extended my trip! She took care of all the rebooking (of flights) and adding an extra day at the hotel. Everything was just as I would have wanted it, but with very little planning effort on my part. Absolutely perfect!

Jessi was amazing in helping us prepare for our trip! she did an amazing job of making sure we had what we needed etc. it was so easy for us to get to Aruba and back, had a great time with our group!

She followed up with us multiple times during the trip to make sure all was well. When planning the trip she was very helpful and gave great information from pricing and insurances to travel and flights.

We loved excellance in Jamaica and Jessi made everything so easy. She set everything up from start to finish, reminded us of deadlines, set up our ride to and from the airport. The staff at excellance were fabulous and it was beautiful.

Jessi prepared us perfectly for our Jamaican week and had everything lined up for us. The communication was thorough, on time, and accurate!! She was reliable & so, so helpful to answer all of our questions and get 3 different couples booked with no problems. Our transportation was arranged, we felt prepared for what to do and where to go and the best sign of a good travel agent is that we didn’t need to contact her at all during the trip. We are so grateful for her expertise and guidance and can’t wait to book our next trip with her!

She thought of the small details, things we may not have thought of, which helped the trip run smoothly. She coordinated transportation, tours and excursions, and even gave restaurant and neighborhood recommendations. Even when we had a couple of minor issues while on the trip, she was quick to respond and jump in to help. Having her just a phone call away was the best feeling while overseas. The trip was absolutely amazing and that is thanks to her expertise and planning. I would recommend Jessi to anyone planning any kind of trip!

Jessi was so great to work with from the planning of the trip through to our travels home. During the planning phase, we were not sure where we should go in the Caribbean and we provided Jessi with some rough ideas of the kind of trip we were interested in with a price range. Jessi provided several detailed quotes and ultimately helped us settle on our destination of an all-inclusive resort in Negril, Jamaica for a relaxing getaway. Despite a few bumps along the way including a change in the number of travelers and a hurricane hitting Jamaica the week of our travel, Jessi made the days leading up to our trip still relaxed and exciting with her great communication, detailed information, and reassurance. Jessi went above and beyond to make sure we had as much information as possible with traveling so soon after a hurricane and after our departure, she even checked in to make sure we were safe in Jamaica and all was well. We certainly will be contacting Jessi for any future travel needs!

Jessi made everything easy and smooth. All the bookings were great and the rooms we had at the resort were together for our large party. Everyone had so much fun and she checked in on us which was appreciated!

Responded to all questions timely and thoroughly! Offered assistance at every turn before we had a chance to ask. Communicated perfectly all attributes of trip we were responsible for, when and how those attributes had to be completed, and gave ample time while continuously following up and reminding us. She was extremely professional, which is very rare these days. Im not trying to be wordy, she just really was that good! She exceeded the standard and went above and beyond at every turn!
