Heather possessed a wealth of knowledge, was enthusiastic about sharing her travels experiences, and provided exceptional assistance with inquiries regarding our trip and activities.

Heather was a pleasure to work with. She was very patient and understanding with all of our questions and decisions! We were very indecisive. She provided us different options and none met all of our wants so she kept hunting. She found us Secrets Royal in Punta Cana it hit all of our wants! From the bigger beaches to the casino multiple restaurants and bars and adults only we could not have asked for a better experience!

Heather was absolutely amazing and was next to my side every step of the way!! Being a busy mom of 3 little ones I have always wanted to go to Disney World but I never thought I could afford it! Heather worked with my budget and helped me plan a trip that was affordable for my family!! With the craziness of life and ever changing schedules she was able to change our trip dates when my daughter’s cheer competition ended up being smack dab in the middle of our trip! She remained patient and kind and was able to accommodate our requests! She checked in with us multiple times asking if there was anything we needed and took care of all the details! She provided her extensive knowledge of Disney World and shared experiences that would be perfect for our family! She even helped me set up a payment plan to ensure that I didn’t stress throughout the process! Even when we were on our trip she checked in and enjoyed the pictures we sent her! She made the planning process easy!! We just came back on Sunday and she has already helped us to book a bounce back trip to one of the resorts I have been really wanting to stay at!! All around she was amazing and made the trip so easy!!! I would recommend Heather to anyone who is planning to go to Disney World!!
