Mandy made the trip so easy and removed the stress! This was our first time using a travel agent, and to say it was well worth it, would be an understatement. With the unexpected death of the Pope 2 days before our trip, to say there were a few bumps in the road is an understatement. Mandy was there every step of the way to help us get the best experience possible. Except for things out of her control (IE the Sistine Chapel being shut down for the Conclave), she worked with the tour companies, to be sure all of the other sites we wanted to see were accessible. The transports to and from the airports, travel from Rome to the ship, and then from Southhampton to London, were seamless. The entire trip was made so easy by Mandy, and we will contact her again, when we endeavor on our next adventure.

I absolutely loved working along Mandy. She helped us put together the perfect Disney Vacation for our family. She made the process so easy and walked us through any questions we had. Planning would have been beyond overwhelming however Mandy made it a walk in the park. Our family was able to enjoyed every moment of our vacation because of not only the help we received but also the priceless tips that gave us an advantage and even being on hand during our vacation when we needed a little extra help. Mandy planned our entire trip from the time we left our driveway to landing in Tampa, overnight stay in a boutique hotel to the cruise and until we returned to our driveway. She is absolutely amazing. I called her while on the trip to ask questions abt an issue and she found the answer and took care of that as well (this wasn’t her fault. It was a cruise ship issue)

Very helpful at making sure of the things we needed for our cruise. Everything from suggesting to fly in a day early to making sure we had id card holder lanyards for our access while on the ship. We do recommend drink packages although there were refill stations but they were not freely accessible.

Mandy was fantastic to work with! She spent countless hours working to make our vacation incredible. She handled everything...booking the room we wanted, making sure the insurance was what we needed, and taking care of all payment arrangements. We wanted a girls trip to Disney, but wanted our husband's and kids to join us on a cruise after the park. Disney has changed so much...you literally need a navigator to enjoy your time there. That is exactly what Mandy is, a Pawty Pilot! Seriously, from flights to accommodations to transportation to excursions to, well, everything.... it was handled! Our husband's didn't get lost and everyone had a great time. We went from Disney to a cruise with an all inclusive island and there was still money in the bank! Well Done!
