You know those moments where you’re so sure you’ve got everything handled until you suddenly realize you absolutely do not? Yep, that was me yesterday. For Presley’s birthday this year, he decided he wanted to go Universal Orlando’s brand-new Epic Universe. He’s been talking about it nonstop since his last birthday, and I could already picture his little face lighting up walking through the park. Well, silly Mommy here made one tiny mistake… I didn’t think they’d get booked up on a random weekday in October. Spoiler: they did. Fully. Booked. For the entire week. Cue the panic.
