Nikki was always quick to respond and very knowledgeable. She helped us find a resort that would accommodate our family of 5 and was full of fun amenities! We had an awesome time at Dreams Onyx.

Family Vacation
There were four generations represented in our party of seven people and each of us from the youngest to the oldest had just a wonderful time. All Inclusive Vacation
I thought the resort was great, just lovely and particularly its proximity to Xcaret. That place is amazing and we were there 3 times. Could have gone more but I was there to unplug a bit. The wild animal (monkeys etc) are a bit of a challenge but still very fascinating.
I think that resort is beautiful and I love the walking and exercise to get around. I went to the gym every day and it was perfect. Tons of equipment. I’m not a foodie but there were tons of delicious options and the wait staff was lovely.
