Joan was extremely helpful in coordinating our trip to Walt Disney World. While we ultimately decided to postpone our trip to another time due to covid and delta variant concerns, recognizing our disappointment and showing empathy at coming to the decision was so appreciated.

This was my first time using a travel agent so I was not sure what to expect. Joan is personable, patient, knowledgeable and sifting through my requirements and found us the perfect vacation destination. And with all the hurricanes in the islands and Covid, she navigated through all the updates and information to keep us informed and calm as our trip was approaching. I will use Joan for all of my personal vacation travel going forward.

Joan was a wonderful travel agent to work with. She was fast to respond and provided suggestions during booking and everything went smooth on the day of travel with transfers from airport to resort. We also had a beautiful room at the hotel. Her planning and communication made it easier for us to travel internationally with two toddlers. She sent us all of the needed information/itinerary/and links for forms to complete. We will be using her in the future!

We just got back from a great family vacation in Punta Cana. Joan did a great job planning our trip. She pays attention to every detail. Always very responsive, never a need to worry...Joan is on top of everything. Referred my daughter to Joan who also used her to book this same vacation she was traveling with 2 small children everything went off without a hitch.

Sandals Barbados - ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!! Our room was awesome, ocean view room with soaking tub. We left our doors open to the balcony all night, so we fell asleep to the sounds of the waves and woke up to the sounds of the waves. We had 2 resorts for the rice of 1. It was great! The staff was friendly! everyone you walked by said "Hello"! The beach was crystal waters and not a shell on the beach the sand was so soft! The vacation I so needed to a destination I would recommend to anyone!

She made sure we had everything covered from forms we needed to have, followed up on flight info and to let us know we can contact her while we were on vacation if there were any problems or if we had any questions before and or during our trip (we didn't). She even sent an email on our return to see if we enjoyed our trip and wanted to hear all about it. Joan is a pleasure to deal with and I would not hesitate to use her services again next time we travel. From start to finish on a trip that we thought would never happen due to covid and we had to cancel more than once, we were so excited to finally take it and Joan was excited for us.
