Allie is the best! I’ve done 2 trips with her and they were fantastic! She is very knowledgeable about the locations and things to do, and is fantastic at booking those hard to get reservations. She is also very caring and checks in with you to make sure it is all going smoothly!

Allie helped our group of 10 find the perfect destination to celebrate a group members 40th birthday. She went above and beyond trying to secure the best location with the best food and experiences. We visited Excellence Playa Mujeres and had the absolute best time. From the planning stages all the way through to our delayed flights, Allie was always there checking in to see how she could help. Our flights were delayed out of Cancun at the end of our trip which caused many of us to miss our connecting flights. Allie immediately was messaging us offering to help assist us to make other arrangements. She talked me through how to make it through customs as a first time out of country traveler and made sure I had all the tips and tricks to make it as smooth as possible, and it was! We have used Allie before on other trips within the states and I have confidently recommended her to other people as often as possible; because with Allie she wants to make sure you have the BEST time and that you are taken care of from start to finish.

My wife and I wanted to explore somewhere new, and Allie was pivotal in making that happen! She provided us multiple options that fit within our budget, and was quick to respond with any questions or additional asks that we had. Never once bothered by our requests, Allie would simply say "Hold please!" and then quickly return with a detailed answer (and then some). It's very obvious that Allie takes great pride in giving her customers a five star experience. Once we decided on Excellence Oyster Bay, Allie got to work finalizing every detail to make our trip memorable. She arranged the airport shuttle pick-up, offered to set us up with Club Mobay, and assisted us with early check-in using the Excellence mobile app. Excellence Oyster Bay was simply a dream. This was my wife and I's first all-inclusive experience. We chose a ground-level room with a private pool- which we used multiple times every day. At one point our waitress was bringing us drinks directly to our pool! Allie even took the time to check in throughout our stay. Every restaurant and bar was excellent (pun intended) and the staff couldn't have been friendlier. If you want strong drinks, great food, and an unforgettable vacation, book with Allie!

We had the pleasure of working with Allie for our very first family trip as a family of three, traveling with our 9-month-old daughter. Allie was referred to us by our niece. She jumped on everything we asked for, never complaining when I changed my mind multiple times with number of people, locations, cost....she was amazing! She went above and beyond and helped us with things that we should have done ourselves, but when I couldn't figure it out, Allie came to the rescue! I had an absolute amazing experience booking with Kingdom and Cruise travel! Allie knocked it out of the park for me. I gave her what i was interested in doing and she gave me multiple options and ideas. Found a great resort that checked my boxes , I checked off so many bucket list items (swiming with turtles the biggest one ) she was available from the time I booked till after I even got home in the states. Quick to answer any questions. 5 stars ?? isnt enough more like 10 stars ?? and she also booked my huge trip in 2027 where ill be traveling for 40 days !!! You absolutely won't regret using this company for all your travel needs !!!

Allie was truly amazing. She made our first family Disney trip one for the books!! We could not have done this ourselves that’s for sure!!! From Allie having Our dinner reservations made, lighting lane passes booked, her recommendations were so helpful!! She was very attentive while we were away to check in and see if we needed anything and how our trip was going! My (now) husband and I were looking for a peaceful, relaxing, secluded, adult-only all inclusive resort that checked a lot of specific boxes for our honeymoon. When it comes to traveling and resorts we are both very picky and have pretty high standards for service, ambiance, and most importantly food. Then comes Allie... From the very second I messaged her about our very, very last minute trip for our honeymoon she could've been any more helpful. She immediately got to work in assisting us with EXACTLY what we were looking for. And I mean immediately, she had a everything ready to go the day I reached out. Every question we had for Allie was answered with extensive knowledge of the resort and she was able to put us in a resort and location that was beyond perfect for us. The room she was able to book us suited our needs perfectly and checked all the boxes we had requested. She even went above and beyond in booking us an 18 hole golf excursion to the local golf club, as well as a privat

We are so grateful we had Allie to help us when booking our first Disney Cruise! We were absolutely clueless about many things but Allie was able to answer all of our questions. Which made things much easier for us. She was also very patient and kind with us. The cruise definitely went as planned!

I have never used a travel agent before, and I can honestly say now that I will never plan a trip without one. Specifically Allie! Not only is she just an overall fun person to talk to, she gets everything done that you wouldn't even think about. Just one small example, if we hadn't of listened to her about the online US Customs forms we would have likely missed our connecting flight when returning to the United States. The line of people who simply did not know about the app was hours long, but we got to skip a considerable amount of time because of this detail. We never worried about a thing because we knew we had her right there to help the entire time. She took the stress out of the Honeymoon completely, and I can't thank her enough for it.

Allie did a fabulous job setting up our Buddymoon for us and 2 other couples. She suggested things like Club Mobay that really streamlined our travel days. We had a great time at sandals Negril. We had been here 3 years previous so we knew what we were getting. Sandals does not do automatic upgrades for events like honeymoons. They work off sandals reward points. We loved our room and the beach and the calm warm waters. Food was also great. Service was great at the restaurants but was a little slower at check-in and the bars. Still no real big issue and we loved every minute. Allie's top notch and not only helps you plan your dream vacation but is there to help every minute you are there. Her knowledge and experience are so helpful every step of the way.
