Last Minute Vacation

Thank you so much for planning one of our favorite trips! Our flights were seamless! The Grand Palladium Palace did not disappoint, greeting us with a fruity concoction and checking us in courteously and quickly . Our room was clean and beautiful with a gorgeous view of the beach. The pool was a short walk away where we received the same friendly, service. We felt safe and welcome by everyone we encountered. You arranged a fabulous excursion for us to Soana Island! We rode a speedboat to a sandbar where we were served drinks and snacks while swimming and viewing starfish. Our ride back was via catamaran and it was fantastic! The restaurant choices were abundant! The staff throughout the resort was professional and friendly; we felt so welcome. Again, thank you for patiently helping plan and making yourself available for questions. You made our experience uncomplicated and positive and we look forward to our next adventure!

Aruba Trip

Melissa provided excellent service and went above and beyond before, during and after our Aruba vacation. She researched best pricing based on our needs, discussed all of our options before booking and followed up to provide assistance with Airport check in before our trip and before departing Aruba. There was a mechanical issue with our plane on the return flight resulting in a cancellation and rebooking to the next day. Melissa made sure that we were rebooked and advised on how to receive reimbursement for additional expenses from insurance purchased. She will be our travel agent for all future trips and vacations.

Melissa helped my group of friends choose and plan our spring break cruise. It was very well planned and made traveling much easier for us.
