Since utilizing Alex and her travel services!! My travel has been A1!!! From the initial meet to discuss what arrangements I wanted all the way until my return safe to my residence, Alex was always available when needed.
The resort was amazing, food was some of the best food I’ve had at a resort hands down, I can’t think of anything I did not like for the duration of my trip, my room faced the pool and ocean so plenty of natural light and “views”, that I’ll never forget.
Parasailing and swimming with the dolphins were great expeditions to come see and take in all the sites of Cancun!!!
Her accommodations and value compared to agents I’ve used in the past were well beyond all expectations!!! The payment process was super easy and I knew she could be trusted, I was always notified before payments arranged were processed and received receipts for all!!!
A true 5-Star experience and customer service, I’ll never go and book anywhere else!!

Definitely had a great time with Alexandra. She's alot of fun and no issues at all. Very responsive at getting directly back to you like immediately when you have questions. "I never had issues", only questions. She also let her hair down and join the fun at the atmospheres as well. Not only did she join, but she won the contest!!!!. Great job Alex. My girl rocks

I’ve used Alex 3x in the past 4 months and she’s the absolute best. One trip was a family trip with 30 persons and she was patient and on top of every detail. She’s booked an anniversary trip, a daily trip and most recently my girls trip. The absolute best travel agent and I will never use another. She’s already reserved to book 2 more trips for me soon.
