Amazing family trip

I loved our cruise and my family did too. It was a vacation like no other because we got to enjoy so much quality family time. We participated of so many activities together besides spending all 3 meals together and shows. It allowed for an unforgettable experience and memories we will cherish forever. Silvia was amazing helping us plan our trip and giving insight on port excursions, and available activities, as well as golden nuggets to navigate our cruise experience. She was super responsive to my many, many questions and made me feel informed and at ease at all times. Our family vacation was definitely more special and awesome because of her. Silvia arranged a cruise for 50 of my adult friends of different ages. Two special needs women were with us. This was no small effort. She went over and above helping single older women with making their reservations, getting proper identifications and to making sure they got to their rooms. She even came on the cruise with us to make sure we were ok. She was available throughout the cruise to answer questions and provide assistance.
I have also traveled to many places in Europe with her. I must say, she knows how to travel. She will find you the best trip with the best price. Give her a try.

Silvia was absolutely incredible at every stage of this planning process! The amount of time and effort that she put in to help our vacation run smoothly and be the best experience was beyond words! Not only was she responsive but she checked in often just to make sure everything was going well! We were planning a multi family trip which would have been confusing if I was left to do things on my own, but she took care of everything and it was seamless!
