I thoroughly enjoyed the group tour to Iceland organized by Merge Travel. Heather arranged the tours perfectly; the group saw a good bit of the countryside including waterfalls, a glacier and geysers. The tours were spaced in a way that allowed for free time to explore the city of Reykjavik. The outing to Sky Lagoon was a real treat! I highly recommend using Merge Travel.

I just returned from very interesting & fun trip to Iceland with Heather from Merge Travel. It was such a delight to travel with her. Adventures flowed smoothly as she thinks of everything and goes the extra mile! She told us what to expect as we entered trips to two different Lagoons (Spa days complete with a facials & drinks) and how to stay safe on the black sand beach with sneaker waves! Throughout our vacation, we stopped at many beautiful spots like waterfalls, farms, geysers and even tried black crust Icelandic pizza. Our guides were also excellent on walking & bus tours. When we explored the city of Reykjavik on our own, Heather was there to help us learn to "not get lost" & suggest shops or attractions we might enjoy. Between adventures, she gave us time off to rest & relax gorging on wine & cheese or just floating in a thermal pool. This was one of the best trips I've ever been on with a wonderful tour guide & group of women. Highly recommend the experience!

We had a great experience working with Heather at Merge to plan our vacation in Switzerland. That was my experience with Heather from Merge Travel!! 5 star rating and FOR SURE THE BEST traval agent I have EVER worked with!!! Attention to detail and I mean EVERY LITTLE THING! Lists of things to bring, at least a half dozen phone calls to the All Inclusive Majestic Mirage on our behalf, follow up phone calls from Heather with answers to questions we had and NO misguiding from Heather. Heather planned my dream trip to Scotland to visit many of the beautiful sites featured in the Outlander TV show as well as a few extra (and equally fascinating) castles!

Heather arranged for 4 and 5 star hotels with an excellent level of service in interesting locations (e.g. castles)

Dinner recommendations became delicious dining opportunities and were conveniently located to our hotels. We dined gourmet, locally sourced cuisine as well as some pub style fare.

Some beautiful hikes were recommended on the Isle of Skye so we could explore “off the beaten path.”

I was able to explore the Wild Atlantic and the ruggedly beautiful Highlands in addition to intriguingly-storied castles (including Balmoral!). Mostly, I enjoyed following in Jamie and Claire’s footsteps reliving some of my favorite Outlander moments!

It was the perfect trip, and I am grateful for Heather as they were able to take my travel dream and turn dream and turn it some beautiful travel memories!!!
