Caroline is wonderful to work with on our trip to Mexico last year. She not only found us great deals, arranged the travel the way we wanted it and even alerted us to better options as the travel date got closer. At the time of our trip, there was a big hurricane warning taking place and she watched that and how it would impact our travel. Then while we were in the air to one location, she contacted us right away to let us know our airline at the next destination was delayed and had already procured a hotel for us and reached out to the original destination to let them know we would not be there that day. I was amazed and impressed with how much she watched over us. Even more of a bonus, she helped us recoup reimbursement for the hotel through our travel insurance. We will definitely be working with Caroline in the future and I can't recommend her enough!

I found a great solution to today’s problems, a travel agent who
cares and knows how to cure your issues.
Recently completed a multi city trip down South. Got stranded,
had luggage issues and in general needed help.
To the rescue came Caroline Thurston of Diamond Bar Travel,
who I originally booked through. Caroline helped me change
scheduling and is working to generate rebates from those service
providers, that’s professional, maybe even old school.

Caroline arranged some late minute travel for us. We were able to save some money, and it all worked out well. Caroline was quick, had good options, and is super easy to work with.

We got to see lots of places and do lots of things. Caroline was very supportive and attentive to what we wanted and could afford.

Caroline met with us in to go over what we would like to do in our trip to Reno in Vegas. We wanted help because we weren’t real sure how to book a different flights to each location and home.
