Best Family Reunion"

I reached out to Sandee to organize a 10-day family reunion in northern Italy. There were a total of 19 of us from 8 states across the US. Sandee arranged drivers, tickets to several attractions, personal tour coordinator who traveled with us and a variety of other services. She would respond in a timely manner and did so in a kind and courteous manner. I would not hesitate to use Sandee again and again. Highly recommend her!!!

We have booked several amazing vacations with Sandee. This last one to Italy certainly tops the list. Every detail was handled from drivers, tours, guides, transports and beautiful hotels. There's no way we could have planned a trip like this on our own. It made it completely stress free to have everything planned in advance with a contact in Italy to make everything completely seamless. The memories from this trip will last a lifetime. We wanted to do something very special since our kids are getting older we wanted to cherish this time together. Thank you Sandee for planning this trip to perfection. We loved every minute!! Bravo!! Italy was magical and the trip was beyond anything we could have imagined.

Sandee was an outstanding travel agent for us. She helped us book an AMA Waterways Danube tour and little did we know she would be working with us on the itinerary for three years through Covid, scheduling and rescheduling twice! Sandee has excellent communications skills, responds promptly and shares her expertise on the different locations. Such a pleasure to work with and we plan to use her again for another European trip next fall. Sandee handled our booking well, but friends from Hong Kong used an international travel agency and had a mediocre experience. Our friends relied on Sandee’s communications with us to stay on top of rescheduling insurance policies, booking deadlines and last items to handle before travel.

A trip of a life time - Honeymoon!

As a wedding gift, we were gifted a honeymoon (location of our choosing) from a family member who has worked with Sandee many times. After working with her, it is obvious why clients keep returning. Everything was PERFECT. There was not one thing about our trip that we would change. Each day we had a planned itinerary that was perfectly detailed, the only stress we faced was making sure our suitcases weren't over 50 pounds! I cannot thank Sandee enough for planning THE most perfect honeymoon. We will forever cherish the memories we made with the help of Sandee.
Side note- I want to mention Sandee was extremely easy to get in contact with even with the 7-hr. time zone difference!!

My wife and I have experienced numerous river cruises on over three continents, as recommended and managed by Sandee. We became familiar with her via the recommendation of good friends who had also traveled with AmaWaterways. Her focus on detail and customer service has resulted in fantastic trips and experiences. In addition, we have recommended her to other friends who were delighted with her planning and execution of their travels. For 2024, Sandee is currently planning a trip for us to Egypt and Jordan and, in 2025, to Israel and Greece. Both trips will be with friends we met who also use Sandee. That says a lot.

Sandee was a life saver in helping us plan all the details of our trip/cruise to Italy in the Fall of 2021. She was very knowledgeable and experienced with creating the perfect itinerary for us. She understood what our goals were and she connected us with the transportation and tour guides we needed while in Rome so our trip was completely stress free. Contrary to some agents we had in the past, she is knowledgeable in all aspect of the travel she arranges from the best flights, river/ocean cruises, which are the preferred cabins, best time of year to go, what land tours/excursions are available for your desired destination, etc She is familiar with the itinerary and the vessel(s) you take. She is always available for questions and very prompt in getting your questions answered. The BEST travel agent we have ever had over the last 60 years bar none. Made traveling seamless. She took care of everything. Our trip was canceled two times due to Covid. Sandee was able to get us rebooked and gave us the best travel experience of our lives. Our private shore excursions made the trip that much better. She only uses true touring specialist that she personally has used. Sandee is absolutely amazing! We had booked an amazing Italy and Greece trip that was impacted by covid and Sandee helped us throughout the entire covid shit down experience. Then right before the trip I got sick and Sandee booked an emergency plan B just in case I could not do the original experience. Sandee is the BEST travel agent that you want to go through. She is so knowledgeable and helpful in every area. Our excursions and transportation was top of the line and I can't wait to book our next adventure with her!!!
