Where should one begin on raving about how amazing Melissa Sutton is?! She must be the most passionate planner on earth! I was introduced to Melissa from a friend, and from the get-go- she held my hand during my first family Disney experience from beginning to end. I really don't know how someone could respond so quickly- every time- and with her best/most honest opinions! I had a BILLION questions, and she came through with the best answers every time. I am embarrassed that it has taken me this long to post a review- but during the last few months- I have referred her to anyone that I know who was planning a trip (especially a Disney trip). Three people reached back out to me thanking for making that intro to her. Not only does she NOT push any amenities, upgrades or any other extras on you, but she checks in on you during and after your trip. Melissa helped with securing us a hotel, tickets for Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas party, reservations for meals and getting our lightening lanes set up. So nice to just show up and everything was taken care of. She also continued to get us better reservation times for dinner the day we were at Epcot up until the morning of. So thankful for an earlier dinner time. Will definitely be using Melissa again.

We had already booked our main trip to Disney before finding Melissa, but wanted to visit Universal Studios for a day while on our trip. She was so willing to take time to help us with this single day trip we had planned, she followed up, was very pleasant and professional. There were so many unexpected things she did like sending us a packet for our stay with lots of information, helped set up our online account, followed up to see if we had any questions regarding our Disney Trip that we booked ourselves and she even checked on us the day of our trip to see how things went. Above and beyond is the best way I can describe her and we will definitely be using her for our future vacations!!

Melissa was knowledgeable about the parks and all of the rides and helped me determine what parks to take our toddler to. She offered three great options for a resort to stay at but obviously the cars suite at art animation was perfect for our son! She walked me through lightning lanes and even snagged them for us 7 days out. She was available for any questions I had while I was at the parks and walked me through booking more fast passes. We got 2 character meals where my son got to meet all of his favorite characters. All of these details made this trip once in a lifetime and I couldn't have pulled it off without her.
