Anita assisted my wife and I on a 3 week trip to South Africa. This to date, has been one of our best trips we have ever taken. Anita was extremely thorough in assisting us with Airfare, In country transfers, rental cars, daily excursions etc. We will use Anita and her company, Villa and Voyages for all future travel needs.

Anita is incredible! She goes above and beyond to make sure your trip is as smooth as possible. If/when anything goes wrong during the trip (flight delays, excursion cancellations, etc.) she'll have a contingency plan ready to go even before you're notified. She took the time to understand what we wanted to do on our trip and found the perfect day trips and activities for us while we were away. She used her experience to work through all the logistics for us and found the best accommodations within our budget and preferences. The world of river cruising isn't so easy to, well, navigate as it may appear in all the brochures & TV ads. This is where Anita's guidance was indispensable. She matched us with the company & the river that was just right for us & kept tabs from beginning to end, steering us through some unexpected rapids until we arrived safely home. From start to finish Anita helped plan a fun vacation for my family to celebrate milestone birthdays of my nieces! I called charming Anita from the airport hotel in Lima, Peru. Our flight home the next day had been delayed...by almost eleven hours! It was 9pm her time on the Sunday night of Labor Day weekend; she had every excuse to look away from her ringing phone. Instead, she was on the phone with the Lindblad emergency department right away, and then their air department. She was calm and thoughtful and absolutely determined to not just get us home but also get us the best deal on last-minute airfare (and knew all about the trip insurance she advised us to get--and was she right!). She went far above and beyond what she needed to do. She reached across thousands of miles and took care of us. We were never NOT in superb hands. Anita is the best!

I knew Anita's reputations as a great travel consultant before booking this Lindbladt expedition - but her level of care and service surpassed my expectations. No detail was overlooked and when our return trip from Peru was delayed by 11 hours - a late night call to Anita resulted in a great alternative plan.

I could never have pulled off this first European Family Vacation without Anita. From the very first day it was obvious that her knowledge not only of Europe but of travel in general AND family dynamics was a 5 star rating. Her responsiveness to every detailed question I had was always acknowledged and answered promptly. After we embarked, she never let us out of her virtual sight, tracking our flight and texting at times when she knew we'd on the move. Anita helped my husband and I plan a romantic getaway in Germany and Austria so that we could visit the notorious Christmas Markets. The trip was so lovely! One particular highlight was our stay in Hohenshwangau, Germany where we relaxed at our hotel spa, toured the Neuschwanstein Castle, and ate some of the most delicious authentic German food. Anita put together a wonderful family trip and came up with opportunities that we would not have found on our own. She looked out for all the details and once on the trip, stayed in touch via text to make sure all was going well. Any questions were resolved quickly.

Anita and Gina helped us find just the tour as part of our self guided trip to Greece that we were looking for to see major sites like Olympia and Delphi. They were also very helpful straightening out some snafus on our ferry reservation from Crete to Santorini. They were also straightforward telling us that a fare from the U.S. to Europe that we found online was a good one and they could not save us money on that part of our trip. We appreciated their forthrightness. We would definitely consult them again on our next major trip.

Anita helped up plan our dream honeymoon to beautiful Italy. All of the hotels she chose for us were lovely, stayed within our budget and were in great locations which really helped us get the most out of each city we visited. Anita was very helpful is planning our trip to Santorini and Athens. She was responsive and know.edgeable in helping us plan our special trip. She was very responsive when one of our flights was cancelled to get us rebooked and adjust the rest of our trip accordingly. I would definitely use her services for planning future trips.

"So, we had been working with Anita for months planning a great 2-week vacation in Tuscany and surrounding areas. Five women traveling to Italy to celebrate life and adventure! And then 3 days before departure, Air France pilots went on strike. And of course, we were flying Air France. We could get to Paris from the US but all flights between Paris and Florence were cancelled. Air France advised us to reschedule but the villa had been rented, hotel reservations made, and vacation time from work arranged. Postponing was not an option. Anita and her crew took on the challenge of finding us alternative Delta flights, within our time frame and with no extra fees. It was a Herculean effort but they did it! We left as planned and made it to our villa on time! Cudos to Villas and Voyages! Oh, yes - and the rest of the trip was fabulous. My favorite spot ended up being a small village Anita felt fit our "trip objectives" and she nailed it. It was absolutely beautiful. But I can't share the destination - it's still a "best kept secret". However, I'll post a pic........ Thanks Anita and Villas & Voyages for an unforgettable trip!
