Mrs Pires booked my last 4 vacations south, one being a group of 19 people. She is professional and thorough. She does her homework and isn’t afraid to tell you if you’re looking at something she wouldn’t recommend. Sometimes pictures online can be deceiving and she makes sure to look at actual live footage from other recent guests to make sure the places are kosher. She goes the extra mile and takes the time to make sure you will have a good trip. If you are looking for an exceptional agent who will take care of you from beginning to end, she’s your girl…can’t wait for the next vacation.

Sonia booked our stay for our destination wedding in Mexico at the Grand Pallidum white sands resort. We had a total of 18 people in our party, and from beginning to end everything was perfect.
