We took the family trip of a lifetime, including 2 weeks in Europe over 6 countries and 10 cities. Everything was planned perfectly! We enjoyed an incredible experience as a family, completely stress free! Every train ride, bus ride, hotel transfer and everything else was seamless all thanks to Juliana Grohman and Kingdom and Cruise Travel!!!

Our recent trip to Italy was absolutely magical, thanks to Juliana and her impeccable planning! With so many moving parts—changing locations every two days—she ensured every detail was flawlessly organized. From train tickets to private transfers, seamless hotel check-ins, and even a few dinner reservations, Juliana took care of it all with ease and professionalism.
When we decided to add people to certain excursions at the last minute, Juliana made it happen without any hiccups. Having a 24-hour phone line for any issues was a huge comfort, and their team even checked in with us to ensure everything was going smoothly.
The private tour leaders Juliana arranged for us were absolutely fantastic. They were incredibly knowledgeable, offering fascinating insights into each location, and were beyond accommodating and patient with our group, which included various ages and needs. My two daughters and I traveled to Switzerland to see Taylor Seift and with the help of Julianna it was even more magical than I could have hoped! Every detail of our 10 day trip was seamlessly planned and laid out perfectly for me in an app. The hotels were all fabulous and the daily activities were all great. Julianna was great to work with, she met with us to make sure she knew what we wanted out of the trip. After a couple back and forth emails, we settled on an itinerary that covered it all. I was nervous to take the girls to Europe alone and knowing that all the hotels and activities were vetted for me made the whole thing a lot less stressful. I’ve never used a travel agent before and I am so glad I did for this trip. Julianna made the whole thing so easy for me and really allowed me to enjoy the time I was there rather than stressing about what I had planned. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful Mediterranean Cruise and time in Rome -

I chose to work with Juliana because I wanted the expertise, connection and and safety of having an experienced agent when we did a mother/daughter Mediterranean cruise with additional time on front and back in Rome. If we needed help, I knew Juliana would be a phone call away. As a seasoned traveler but a novice to cruising and Rome, I knew Juliana's advise would be valuable. She also had great excursion resources and reserved our three Italy hotels, trains, etc. It was very nice that she listened to our needs and gave multiple options and price points on hotels and excursions. so we could choose what fit our wish list.
