From the first meeting until the minute we got back from our vacation, Jennifer was responsive and made sure we had the vacation of a life time. We even made some small changes DURING the vacation and she made sure every wish was met and exceeded! Jen helped us decide where to travel for our first trip out of the country. She connected us with a local contact in Costa Rica to make sure all of our needs were met, including price, location, outings, tours, etc. We were treated like total VIPs from the minute our plane landed. We loved the ease of not having to think of a single thing. Jennifer helped coordinate our trip with our friends who live in Florida, while we are from upstate NY. We requested and Jennifer made several adjustments to the itinerary with such patience and kindness. We all collectively agreed that we will never travel again without using Jen as our agent!

Jennifer was organized, easy to talk to, and was quick to reply with all of my questions. She effortlessly sent us a travel itinerary with all of our travel bookings and parks by day. She made it all so easy for us to navigate and our family had an amazing trip thanks to Jennifer. I highly recommend her as a travel agent for Disney as well as other family vacations!!
